I’ve been going here for about 5 years. I already hate the prices here but I’ve gone in the past because of it being closer than Winn Dixie.
To make a very long story short I will never go back here again. I’ll starve for the night before I step foot in this store again.
I ordered a pick up order of 19 items, was given only 4 items with no explanation. The young man said nothing. (In his defense I should’ve checked but I was distracted with my 2 & 4 year old screaming) got all the way home to see that the things I needed for dinner none of it was there. Drive back to the store waiting 10 min on hold before I had to go in. To wrap this up they charged me for the whole order all 19 items not just the 4 they gave me. Had to go shop for the items I needed and went to h check out & their card machine took my money and then went on to say that it didn’t even though I showed them the charges. The cashier immediately got a nasty attitude and was hell bent on starting an argument. She was young and had no respect. I know no one may read this but the whole experience was demeaning and by the end of this ai had no money to even buy the items I needed. Terrible customer service not a single apology. They couldn’t care less that they charged me multiple times and took more then 30$ worth of money for items they didn’t even have. Worst shopping experience I’ve ever experienced.

I rolled into the store, ready to secure some sustenance for my son who is still growing and learning. I obviously needed to grab him some Chef Boyardee. They had it only for a dollar at that time, not sure about right now you'd have to check. However, a balding employee, yes a man (I know men because I am one), noticed me and told me not to eat what was in my hand (I am not sure why or what he did with it) as I should try what is in the deli. He pointed with his crinkled witch like finger and I shivered as he opened his mouth with a foul stench it came, but bravely walked over to the deli counter by my self to check out their hot foods. But to my surprise it was but NOT FOOD. I bought some mac and cheese, chicken tenders, baked beans, and apparently a some hair to go along with it if you catch my drift... For those unwise to my slick wording, I found hair in my mac and cheese. My son bit into the tender or should I say rock... if you know what I mean. It was dry and hard. The baked beans I mean honestly they just poured it right out of the can. Who cares. But my point is the crinkled bald man led me to the wrong path. Also I think he was checking out my son, he is only 8 you weirdo. What?
