It was a fast easy experience. My tax preparer was amazing. Sheila Koon at the Keystone Heights location was wonderful to work with. I will be coming back to her again!

If you would like your taxes done properly and you would like a speedy return I would not recommend H&R Block in Palatka because my granddaughters taxes were done by them and an error a W-2 was filed it did not belong to her then they had to file an amended return because of that she paid for both and should not have had to pay for at least the amended return the taxes were filed in February the amended return was filed in March and it is now December and still have no tax return have wasted Time to go to the office for an appointment to no avail they could not even look up the tax status of the return and have offered no help whatsoever! Laura Bennett is the one that originally filed my granddaughters return in February. And Anna Williams is the one that done the amended return had an appointment with and still no better off
