They hate their jobs, Talk to customers like they are annoying them, Need to find a new town to treat people like crap in other than this one do not recommend them would never recommend them. Hope they close sooner than later.

This is my first time ever “bashing” a place but I’m still in shock from the way my little sister was treated there today.
I’ve been going to them for 5 years now , I’ve recommended people to them. But it seemed to me the last 2 times I’ve gone their attitudes have completely changed and NOT welcoming at all.
I took my sister there today to get her nails done for her first time ever for her birthday . She was so excited she told them they were her birthday nails & and that it was her first time getting acrylics . I could tell the lady was already upset with me when I didn’t get Gel ( it costs more )
My sister wanted the number (11) on her ring finger in pink and a bow drawn over top of the 11 I told them if it was too much for them then we did not have to do the bow. The number 11 seemed easy enough to do.
She went to already throwing her hands up in the air expressing that she will NOT be drawing on regular painted acrylic they only had to be gel for her to do so . So I told her that was okay and she told us that she could still do the bow but it had to be a sticker. We were fine with it we didn’t mind how it was put on there . ( mind you I had already told her in the beginning if it was to much of a hassle for her to do so we did NOT have to do it ) she still seemed so aggravated as if we were asking for so much , throwing her hands up in the air and breathing heavily like she’s just really irritated with us. It comes time to her being done and needing to dry her nails , as she’s drying her nails the lady is looking through the stickers she has for the bow sticker she told us she can put on her ring finger . The lady picked out a WHITE bow to go on the nail that’s painted WHITE , my sister is very nervous as it is she spoke up and asked if there was a different color cuz it wouldn’t even show up. Why pay for a sticker you can barely see right? So the lady turned around so angry talking to herself throwing her hands in the air again and completely ignored my sister & put the stickers away and didn’t even do the #11 .
She told me it was gonna be $40 in the beginning but when I went to pay I was spaced out because I was already trying to stay calm because I’m irritated with the way she treated my sister and almost had her in tears she has very bad anxiety. I asked her again how much it was gonna be and she rudely says “ $40 just like I told you earlier , nothings changed.
Before we left I expressed to them how they made her feel and that the way she was treated wasn’t right especially her being a child . And all they could do is laugh in our faces 🫤

The staff were friendly and did a good pedicure, however, I think the price for the pedicure was a little pricey, especially if you get the gel polish with it. The guy also accidentally nipped my cuticle.

First time going and I'll be back. Sue did a nice job on an acrylic full set. Done in just under an hour. I called ahead and she was punctual with the time I was told. Price was fair. A little more than I expected but not much. Overall a good experience.

Haven’t been here in a while but I have to say the gentleman that did my nails did an amazing job. Very clean, quiet and friendly atmosphere. Price for fill was reasonable price. I will be returning!

Yeah no I won’t be coming back here. Very expensive $55 for a gel French tip pedicure and she told me when I called about the price she said that the pedicure was $22 and the French tip gel was an extra $33!! I think that’s ridiculous for a French tip pedicure. And let’s be honest I’ve had better French pedicures than what the guy did. He removed the polish several times while painting them.

DAVID is magical with my nails. I get pink and white acrylic because the pink and white dip has cracked and was not long lasting on my nails. It’s not how it was done but just that my nails do not respond to having nail tips put on nor any type of dip manicure. I also love love love the shape of my nails. I am so happy!
