“A piece of tire on 301 went though my front end and into my radiator, called AAA for a tow and waited hours with no update on a driver heading my way. Waited until about 1120pm and called spratlin towing. Arrived in less than 15 minutes from my call and was the nicest guy to deal with. Towed my vehicle for a great price at the time of night, took care of my brother and girlfriend who were in my car with me and gave us a lift to safety off the side of that dangerous highway. Cannot recommend spratlin enough. Super nice, took care of my car, and my family. Thank you a million. Would've sat there for 12 hours as AAA called me back at 11am the next morning asking if I still needed assistance. Spratlin all the way if you ever have any issues in that area!
