Shady, they do not want to share tracking information. They have botched two of my priority mail deliverys that have been time sensitive where goods expire after so many days. And its not just this store its usps as a whole entirely but this store in particular when asking for help its like talking to someone with one brain cell.
How did you even get this job? Its hard to be nice when people that are working stopped caring a long time ago.

Overcharges for packages compared to Melrose post office. Also asked for a small rate box, the lady gave me what I thought was a small flat rate box, packaged my items, and went to send it off the next day just to be told it would be $23 not the $10 flat rate price I was expecting because the lady the day before gave me just a normal small mailing box, not the correct box I asked for. So I had to rip open my package in the store and completely re package it in a medium flat rate that’s only $18 because why would I pay the same price of a large flat rate box($24) for a package that’s 1/4 of the size. Lady couldn’t even apologize for the stupidity for her coworker. Need to just stick to the Melrose post office where they know how to do their jobs correctly.

The post woman was a total rockstar.
She was so helpful and quick. I had a list of things and she helped me get done and helped other people while I was working on different steps of my task. The people who came in seemed to be familiar with her and happy to see her. So I assume, She must be like this all the time. Great Job.

I was told to go away. My apologies for getting my dates messed up with Veterans Day and I apologize for my 3 year old pushing on the door. I wasn’t trying to be rude or impatient. I don’t appreciate the disrespect from the man in the back saying go away.

Counter service is always friendly and engaging. Not every customer gets to hear what they want to hear, but that is not the fault of the person behind the counter.

Has not been delivering mail, and stated I requested a hold for pickup. I did not. Head's up, interference with delivery of mail is a federal felony, as is uttering a false instrument and identity theft.

Terrible service, complete lack of care, wont even do simple job related task. I am a online seller in my spare time to help supplement my income, so I spend THOUSANDS in postage every year and ship hundreds of items. This will be my 4th move since starting my business and this post office is by far the worst. The employees at this post office act like they hate their job and dont want to be there. Getting them to pick up packages from my home with scheduled pick up or even scan them if dropped of directly at the post office is a chore. If you can avoid them, you should.

Package was supposedly delivered to an individual at my address on Aug 9th 2021 at 221pm. I took my kids to their school orientation and before leaving had checked the mail and it was already delivered with no packages left or anything. That was before 2pm. Where is my package????
