Best Down Home Pharmacy in the World ! Walgreens has treated me like family 15 yrs and went out of their way to make sure I never without my Meds at Best prices available and keeps me imformed on Vaccines with record in and out time when getting vaccinated ! This Pharmacy is truly a life saver !

Just recently had to switch mine and my daughters prescriptions over to Walgreens, I was very stressed out looking for a new pharmacy on a FRIDAY! Walking in I felt very stressed and just felt as if I was at a dead end. Ms. Jennifer serviced me with a smile on her face, helped me with EVERYTHING I needed to do! I kindly explained my situation, she had made me feel so at ease. Her soft/kind demeanour made all my worries and stress go away! She had mine and my daughters prescriptions ready before Friday was even up! Even coming and going she remembered who I was! That's all I could ever ask for! Very clean store! I'm excited to transfer my business to you guys!

They spelled my name wrong when I asked the manager to correct it she scoffed and said it didn't matter anyways but it does matter when you own a business and names matching for discounts and receipts need to match for tax purposes. They should keep their opinions to themselves and just do what the customer asks of them that is not out of the job description.

Keystone Heights location.
We have been using this location for about 4 yrs now and I cannot praise the pharmacy staff enough! They are fast, professional, always pleasant and polite. They have gone above and beyond for us on several occasions involving out of the ordinary situations. Thank you so much Pharmacy Department. You are very much appreciated!

Everyone is this Walgreens is always so helpful and friendly. I bet the manager has a lot to do with that as she always greets me and has a smile on her face.

Keystone Heights, FL.
Clerk states he's unable to do a passport photo due to the fact he's there on his own and the store is busy. Including my own, there are literally 4 vehicles in the parking lot.
He stated that additional employees would not arrive prior to 3pm.

Got to walgreens two minutes till close just to get needles for my insulin and they slammed the gate down before I could get to the counter. My blood sugar was high and I ran out of needles on my way back home. A worker walked up behind me and asked if I needed anything and I explained to her what was going on and she turned me away. You guys suck!

Staff in the pharmacy here are terrible. They don't understand how to apply Rx discounts and run insurances properly. If you like being gouged this is a good location to go to.

It’s pretty much like every other Walgreens. Except the staff is a bit better than most. Jackson especially has always been very chipper and helpful.

I like this store but the pharmacy sucks . My last two prescriptions I have needed just disappeared I guess . As I have still not had them filled and they claim they have nothing for me even after receiving a text about the prescription from them
