I showed up at 4 pm today 12/12 to get a new *ong after I accidentally broke mine, and the door to the shop was closed & locked. So I had to go somewhere else. This business needs to update their hours on Google ASAP before they lose more customers!!

Always so friendly! I come here all the time and the one time I don't come here I get a horrible product. But I came back here and explained to them that p3 smoke shop is trash and actually sold me broken items!... 1stop hooked me up with a discount and gave me a product that actually works. If you live in Kissimmee! Come to 1 stop Smoke shop! By far the best quality of service and smoke! Dont take my word for it. Smoke for yourself! ♥

Love the employees. Great prices. But change your hours to 730. You guys are never open pass that. I get it, if you are slow... close. But I have shown up at 745 several times and you are closed.

The people who work here are amazing people. Very kind, honest, and welcoming. Prices are cheaper than other places. They have great new products and wide range selection. This a small business so I can encourage everyone to religiously support them as they grow and build their business. Also, any issues with any products you receive they gladly correct and make sure you get what you came for. So awesome!

This is BY FAR the best smoke shop in the Kissimmee/Poinciana area if you're looking for great prices and damn good customer service! Most other smoke shops in Kissimmee want to charge Orlando prices for their disposable vapes, but 1 Stop Smoke Shop has always been consistently cheaper than their competitors in the area. My biggest rave about this place is how true and dedicated they are to their customers! Even after their shop was broken into one night, they still stayed open that same day so they could still provide service to their customers. As long as I'm still living in the area and they keep the same workers here, I will remain loyal to this place.
