My husband went in to get me midnight snacks as I'm very pregnant, all to get harassed by the arab guy I think named Muhammed about taking too long, I witnessed the whole thing since I was on the phone, and the husband was only there for about 10-15 minutes before he started yelling at him to hurry up and that he was going to call the cops, refused to ring him up so he can leave and saying that he was banned from the store. However, this is the same employee that had interacted with him last week about a specific item I was craving promising my husband he would order it all to harass him like this. he made the call. He wasted the officer's precious time, accusing my husband of being there for THREE hours without checking security cameras to confirm when he went in, nothing came of it and the officer asked him to ring my husband up. this was very uncalled for and felt almost discriminatory, my husband and I are seeing what can be done on the legal side towards Muhammed

Lotto supposed to be able to cash in at 6am like every other store and I’m waiting past 6 am why do you have lotto I will be reporting this to Lotto Headquarters and 7 11 headquarters

Can't stop here for the bathroom either..mind you he had a note on the door stating he was in the bathroom that's why the door to the store was locked... He finally came out and unlocked the door. I went in and he stated the bathrooms were unavailable
This is the craziest thing ever
Pregnant and stopped at the circle k across the street and theirs was closed so I came here and the same thing
Something needs to be done
How you got bathrooms but no one can use them
Welp... Wawa is down the street bathrooms were open and I got food 2499 N Orange Blossom Trail, Kissimmee, FL 34744 7 minute drive

This is my local 7-Eleven. Even though this store is always clean.. If I can give this Store zero Stars I would. Please look at the dates of the items because everything is always expired especially the milk. And the customer service in the morning service is terrible.

The experience in this place is always terrible, especially because of a Puerto Rican woman who is completely dismissive of all Latinos, why was not only my experience bad but also that of others in my family, there is never coffee, or it is old, they never have cheese, they don't have milk in the machines... who controls this?

Employees are exceptionally inexperienced and lack the social and verbal skills to be staffed in a work environment that requires customer service vs ignorance I haven't ever been to an establishment people are spending money at and seen the level of disrespect to a customer I watched a young man deal with a horrible women while the older gentleman seemed demented and not all there just laughed when I seen nothing funny nobody did . Horrible service I don't recommend go across the street instead or up the road to the other seven by wendys .

The worst experience I've had at a 7/11 both corporate and franchise that girl without any customer service needs to be fired Nana or ne-ne whatever her name was such a displeasure and made me want to rush out the store and leave everything the attitude smelled as bad as she did I was very taken back as the regular staff has never been like this always received great service their was an older black gentleman with her just laughing like the poor service was funny shame on both them . Whoever operates this location I would remove those 2 they aren't going to help the location too ignorant for the job.

I stop here for a quick lunch once every week or two. Hadn't been for a while due to bad experiences in the past but seems to be under new ownership or management now. All staff I have encountered are friendly and helpful and store is well stocked. Glad I took the chance and tried this location again, it's a welcome change!

Since they changed the staff, the supervisor (woman) or boss they have in the mornings is disrespectful, she spends talking badly and with an arrogant attitude, telling people that if they don't like the attitude, go to another store, as if she were an owner. They should investigate and take it out...

this is for the manager at 7-11 called bella been in the store a few times and all I hear her is talk about her employees have heard her speak on their name and all this is very narcissistic and for a manger to speak about her employees makes her look real bad I think if u have an issue wit ur employees take them to the back or have a meeting wit them putting employees business out there don’t make u look very professional at ur job she’s very loud and rude if I had to walk in the store again I won’t because of her way of expressing her self towards employees and talking to customers about they life hope she gets upgrade wit someone more professional then her

This is my go to 711. Shelly is awesome and so are his employees. Yeah they can shout but I see it more as entertainment lol they never shout at me.

Stopped to fill up on the way back to the airport like we usually do. The way the foreign guy behind the desk was shouting and calling another employee derogatory names infront of customers was shocking. If I was that guy I’d of got my pay check and gone.
