Store owner wouldn't even let me use the restroom rude af owner tells me the bathrooms are closed until 6am who tf makes up these rules is beyond me I'm a paying customer

This place has a lot of things to improve.The personnel who work in the store is rude impolite and of bad aspect, with no idea at all of what customer service is all about. Also, there are always homeless surrounding the store, attempting to interact with the customers.Also, the people that goes to that store is of bad aspect and smelly to Marijuana.I have seen lots of people complaining to the customer service personnel and receiving nasty answers.I live close and don't want anymore to come back , I prefer to go to Wawa, race track and speedway, these are stores with a better level .

If I could of give a zero I would. I stop to use the bathroom today 7/14/24 7:02 pm and asked the lady [white] if I can use the bathroom I'm 7 months pregnant and had to pee. She said no. Just like that even my hubby asked. She ignored us. But it continues

By far the best 7-11 I've been to. Over night employees are great and are always in a great mood. Always helpful and very clean store. Come here for pizza late light and its always worth it.

TRIED to buy tabacco with a STATE ID ( THE LAW IN FLORIDA IS A PHOTO ID) and they claimed it needed to be a license. It doesnt matter what “rules” a franchise want to establish, THE LAW IS THE LAW. Will be talking to a lawyer. The cashier then DIDNT want to sell AFTER I GAVE her the license because she didnt’t like “my tone” . I’m a customer, im not there to be friends. Let alone with employees and MANAGEMENT THAT DONT KNOW THE LAW.
