These reviews are bullshit!! I have never been to a more disgusting 7/11 in my life. First off while trying to get a beverage at the soda machines one of the employees decides to make a rude comment if I’m not buying soda to leave the machine alone obviously I’m getting soda if im at the machine. Second when my friend handed her id to the cashier for her Dutch he’s harassing her that he’s not going to give it to her because she doesn’t look like how she use to in the id. Like are you slow af people take the photos when there 21 she has gain weight since the photo. Y’all need to learn how to actually do your jobs instead of harassing people. ALSO IF YOU HAVE A NUMBER LEARN HOW TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND STOP PUTTING IT ON A BUSY TONE. Sad you guys can’t do a simple job. Who ever worked on 1/5/25 around the 2 pm shift needs to be disciplined immediately with their disgusting customer service.

My experience at this store stucked it’s 2:17 am and employee at the store told me that the store is close for 20 more minutes I don’t understand why because I thought all 7/11 supposed to be 24/7 and I know because I am an employee for a corporate store and I know we are not allow to lock the doors. You guys are losing customers and business.. really disappointed at this 7/11. Not only that the employee called the cops on me because he asked for my id n I didn’t have it funny now I’m going to call hr on this store n the employee

Bought a lottery scratch off and won. Only problem is when I went to cash them in the cards were not activated to get paid for my winnings. Very disappointed.
