Woa, I just put gasoline there and a employee it's taking the trash out and talking nasty from fffffffffff to ssssssss and a whole lot of bad word as a customer I don't need to be hearing this at all. Thank you.

I can certainly understand why the reviews are so low for this location. I will never return. It had loud Hispanic music playing, the coffee machine were broken or turned off and the cashier/manager was rude and told me if I didn’t like the Hispanic music not to return. I won’t! Not to mention it wasn’t very clean.

Those place serves burned food and advises that they cannot do anything about it. The cashier checked one of the ones in the warmer and it was burned as well. Had to call her boss to see what they could do and advised nothing.

This location is awful! The customer is very poor the cashier was extremely rude and condescending!!! I asked to speak with a supervisor or to at least contact information for one, and she denied the request, employee was extremely obnoxious and bold!

I gave the attendant $40 cash, and the attendant said I only gave $30- he slipped the $20 in a cash belt- thin Fanny pack. I am not sure what they are capable of so didn’t fight it. Will not be coming back, and a call to corporate is in order.

There were 2 females working this evening. Both had attitudes towards customers including towards me. They were un-organized and seemed to have no clue what they should be doing. When I asked for the rest of my purchases because they were behind the counter out of reach I was told to chill out that she was busy with other things and would get to me when she was ready. Then as I was leaving was told if I don't like it don't come back. No worries there, plenty of other 7-elevens around. Just nasty service all around.

The service here has really gotten bad. On more than one occasion, I have gone to the store to purchase stuff and then when I get to the cash register, it’s more expensive. Today, I even took the employees to the shelf where the item that I wanted to purchase was, which was also filled with the exact same item, but they still wanted to charge me more. The entire shelf was packed by one brand of product, labeled with the same price on the entire shelf and even with a rewards coupon that could be claimed. When I mentioned it to the lady that was working, when she realized that they made a mistake, she told me that she would “help me“ and give me the lower price, but I had to inform her that she was not “helping me“, but honoring the price that they put out there to attract the customer. For 20 years I have worked with the general public, enjoying positions of leadership and management, but I have never been told that someone was going to “help me“ by honoring the price that they promote. As a person of business, I have to remain ethical to my practices. Store employees cannot convey to the customer that they are “helping them” when they are simply doing their job and honoring the prices that are set for the merchandise. It is almost ironic for someone to even say that they are “helping me” when we as the customers are the ones that are supporting their business. Between filling up my tank three times a week, and purchasing food and beverage at this gas station, I spent a lot of money there. Unfortunately, I will not spend my money here anymore. Trying to squeeze a buck more out of a customer, here and there, is not an ethical practice and this will cost them more and more customers, just like with me. I do thank the upper management for having provided a good, local business to support for such a long time, but unfortunately the practices of the staff continue to jeopardize the money that they are trying to pull in.

I just got gas today at this 7-11 due to it being closer to work and I paid 47.00. But on my credit card I was charged 175.00. I went inside the gas station and told the cashier why was I charged this amount ? And she said oh it’s not my concern, and I had better things to do. I work I. Customer service and I have never been so shocked to someone working there and not giving two ducks about helping someone. She was super rude. And I’ve never ever had this issue at 7-11 or any other gas stations. And now I’m back lagged for my bills if it doesn’t get disputed. I’ve contacted the 7-11 hotline and he was such a great help to reporting this store about its behavior and this nonsense of a charge

My sister was just in this location to buy a drink and get gas. She told the man at the register and he told her that there are card readers outside & she can pay for her gas there. She said okay but I want to buy this drink. He rang her up and said $2.89, she paid for it and was told now go get your gas. That is very unprofessional and uncalled for.

No matter what time of day or night you go at this 7-eleven, the containers to clean your car’s windshield with the squeegee are empty…always empty. I told the staff and they couldn’t care less about it. Poor management.

I will never ever ever ever go to this location again ,,,the 7-Eleven on Dyer Blvd across from the loop,I bought a package of peanuts, wasabi flavored,7- Eleven brand, got home and opened them up and ate a peanut and immediately gagged and spit it out ... rancid taste.looked at the package and the expiration date was 2017,,,,,,5 years expired!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusted by this store,will never go back and corporate will be notified
