Ive took my BMW 5 series to the shop and it was there for almost 3 weeks and nothing was done to the car. Almost got charged 2500 for repairs that weren’t required… wouldn't recommend especially if you have a foreign car. They even called bmw services because they were confused what was wrong with my car. They said i also needed a new radiator when that wasn't the issue at all. They tried scamming me and rob me.

This place might fix your car but they will rob you doing it. I brought my car in and told them it had a bad speed sensor. Diagnosis took 8 days for them to tell me that the speed sensor was bad. So I wanted them to fix it. Should cost about a thousand dollars to fix, they said 3000 because they had to rebuild the tranny. I said no you can replace the part and seals and such without a rebuild. Then the mechanic gets on says to replace the part needs a rebuild. I told him the same thing no it doesn't. Then he changes the story and says the valves are causing the sensor fail so that is why it needs the rebuild. I said I don't think so and the mechanic hung up on me. I went today to pick up my vehicle and it was outside the gate unprotected half on the sidewalk half on the street (picture included). They got upset so they threw my vehicle out there. The owner seemed decent and the receptionist is great, but the mechanic is running the show. Stay away.

We were in town on vacation from 24 hours away and were beyond thankful to come across this repair shop! Tony & Lisa were so welcoming and fit us in within a half hour to get the car looked at. Dave was great to work with getting our car fixed within days so we could get back on the road on time! If anyone is near Kissimmee/Orlando this is the place you want to be at!

Single mom of 2 girls 5 1/2 & 7 from Ohio have no one here to help. I got quoted and took out 4 loans to cover almost 5k they said it would be a week new transmission. After 2 1/2 weeks stranded they finally helped and lent me their truck. 2 months later & almost 5k and $800 a month later I pull out 1 min later it does the death wabble (jeep wrangler.) They give it back to me with check engine light still on I'm telling them it's not going up to speed backfiring smelling horrible fumes in the jeep( harming my kids!) They say that's not their problem they did what they were supposed to. 2 weeks after getting it back.....it wouldn't even start....their response u pay to tow it and we might look at it!! I try to call and no answer now ...I feel scammed and right before Christmas my kids Christmas is small now cuz of these loans and now I gotta pay someone else to fix it since they clearly made it worse. It death wabbles often!!! JEEPERS DON'T TAKE YOUR JEEP HERE!!! They were good with my girls and seemed sweet but can be fooled. They even said I needed a new battery... I asked if they could put

Unbelievable service, I was under a crunch to get my Ram 3500 dually’s pinion seal replaced as the family was headed out on a 3000 mile trip to see the grandkids in Colorado and Dustin came through. I had been to 4 other shops including the dealership and none could even get the parts, let alone get it done in 2 days. Then I found Aamcc with Dustin and his team. Done right at a great price and delivered when promised. This will be my first call going forward when the need for any service arises.

Just came to see how much of an improvement this AAMCO should be making after blaming everything on one employee but seems that most customers are still getting the same issues I had to deal with. Over a year ago. Still unpleasant. Still unprofessional. Constantly having to call. Car doesn’t get looked at for days in. They do work without your permission. And you get charged for work that doesn’t even get properly done. And from the looks of it I think customers get some racial profiling from these so called overly privileged people… I hope Andy’s gone. Take your vehicles elsewhere folks. ?

We had a great experience with this shop. They worked through the issues with my truck methodically and fixed only what needed to be fixed. We had great interactions with Clara, Tony, David, and Lisa. We are happy to find an honest shop to take our vehicles.

I arrived letting them that someone recommended me, and they look at my car for 5 mins. Telling me it’s the transmission. Nothing more, nothing less. I was told that I was going to get a call later that day and I didn’t get a call until a day and a half later. I had to call them reminding them who I was because apparently they didn’t remember me and their manager wasn’t there. Not only that, they tell me that to just have it rebuilt it was over $10k and they looked at my car just for 5 mins. How, just how? The people I spoke with talked to me like they had amnesia and kept talking over me when I’m obviously upset of how I was being treated. I went somewhere else and they looked into my car very thoroughly and it turns out it wasn’t the transmission, it was something else that’s affecting it. Don’t waste your time here unless you feel like cussing them out. That’s all.

Take your car somewhere else. Half the time the lady in the front has no idea what she’s talking about besides her rude attitude they price gouge everything they do.
