Since this guy Gabriel started working here, the store is not the same! Today was last time I went here. This guy is so rude. I told him I am just asking you for bolts, he said I don’t know go look for it. i said help me out please. he said I don’t care I am the store assistant.
Better drive one block down and go to Autozone!

I don't know how this store survives!! Every time I've gone into it, there's no visible salesperson, there's no one at the cash register, you have to wait a long time for someone to appear, and they don't know anything you ask for!! They just say (we have what you see) How do they put sellers who don't know their product? I've already tried about 4 times because it's the closest to my house and today was the last!!

We had a bad situation with our vehicle and Chris from your Kissimmee store went out of his way to assist us. He walked a block and a half and installed a new battery in our vehicle and then had us drive it over to the store where he tested the alternator and determined it was bad. We really appreciated his assistance!
