Each visit i have been treated promptly and professionally. The doctors communicate with each other as i have seen different doctors for follow ups and they have all had an idea of my issues without me having to repeat everything. Front staff has been friendly and nurses are fast and competent.

Clean, fresh smelling waiting room. Excellent care - provider listened. Prescriptions available for minimal charge (no need to go to local pharmacy to have them filled). 5 star rating

Kind, attentive, friendly. I was pleasantly surprised as urgent care isn't known for the hospitality. However, this was a great experience. Thank you, team, so saving my vacation for the kids.

First review I have ever written in my life, but I feel like this information might be useful to visitors traveling to the area. Unfortunately, we had a sick child on our visit to Disney which required a visit to an urgent care center. I set an appt online, and arrived a few minutes early. Upon arrival, I was told my insurance was not accepted, and because I am from out of state, I would be required to pay $520 prior to being seen. This is a helpless situation, because we had already left Disney early today and spent lots of time trying to find an urgent care clinic. Also, at this point I am already in the lobby with a sick child. Basically, we had no choice but to proceed. The lady at the front desk eventually tried to help us and agreed to let us pay after the visit, which was still $500. We received a 3 minute visit with a nurse, a strep, covid and flu swab which were all negative. I left the clinic feeling like we had been price gouged, so before you visit this business do plenty of research.

They billed me $317 out of pocket expense for a 15 minute visit for swimmers ear which I knew my daughter had but needed antibiotics for when we were on vacation. Apparently they charge a $329 facility fee and $155 provider fee to your insurance. Don't go here if you have a high deductible!! What a rip off.

Michelle-my med assistant, Rae-ann, my xray tech and my doctor Hillary were a great team. I came in with an injury, with little insight and they treated me wonderfully and helped me to manage my pain ASAP as well as provided a referral and insight on my next steps. They gave me immediate pain resolution, provided me crutches and a brace and wheelechaired me all the way out to my vehicle for ease of access and less pain. Tgank yoy guys for making a good tag team, I appreciate it. -Sincerely a chronically Ill mama of two, who frequents many urgent cares lol. Xoxo

We are on vacation at Disney my son got sick. I took him to the urgent care the staff was so amazing and fast. Thank you to Missenda for being so friendly. Highly recommended place if you want to be in and out, while getting amazing care.
