Miss. Mabel did xray for my kids. She was excellent made me and my kids feel comfortable and explained the process very well. Mable thank you so much you are the best. We will be coming here for all imagin appointments.

Today I went for a CT scan with IV contrast at Adventhealth Partin Settlement. Was my first time using this facility, the lobby looks like a hotel and the front desk staffing was very friendly, I didn't have to wait, checking in was pretty easy.My radiographer name was April. It was very easy to talk to her. She guided me through the whole procedure, I felt very relaxed. She made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. Definitely I'm going back to this facility for my next appointment..

As a 2x cancer survivor I’m very acquainted with getting CT scans. The CT technician April is always friendly and professional. She makes what can be a stressful time into a calming experience.

Jeison was very approachable, pleasant, and extremely helpful with my paperwork. He courteously allowed myself and a few other early arrivals into the warmth of the building, rather than leaving us outside in the cold to wait for 6:30am. April did the imaging and was also very approachable, courteous, and thorough. I am thankful for their help.

Smoothest check in I’ve ever experienced. Jason and his fellow team members handled the check in line so efficiently. Jason was very informative and answered all the questions I had with patience and care.My mammogram tech Cherri was phenomenal.

A good experience from beginning to end. I checked in with Jeison who was very professional and informative. Then I had my mammogram done by Sherri using a 3D imaging machine. She was very friendly and also very informative. Shw assures me I will have my results within 7 days. It will be avaliable on the Advent Health portal the same day my doctor receives it. Partin Settlement has such a nice facility. I no longer dread my annual visits.

Jaison at the front desk is always so nice checking me in with a smile. Mabel does all my x-rays and is very caring , warm and patience with me . April does all my ct scans always smiles making me feel at ease. These folks makes me feel comfortable and always give me a warm welcome. I choose to only go here for my tests because of these wonderful caring people that treat me like family. I highly recommend this site and especially these folks that make these tests less nervous for me. Thank you all for all the kindness you have always shown me! God Bless each one.

April was my tech for my CT scan. She was wonderful and took the time to make sure that my scan was accurate. I love going to Partin Settlement for my scans because of everyone there is helpful and so pleasant.

This review is specific to the waiting area of the health park. I had a test which required I arrive early to drink contrast. The music played overhead is terribly distracting and takes away from being able to work. People are allowed to watch videos on their phones with no headphones. The seating appears equipped to allow you to plug into power, but they don't have the seat power plugged in, leaving it useless. If you're coming here with the intention to work, best of luck.

I went here to do a Lumbar MRI, and it was misread, or something else happened in the process since I have several back conditions for more than sixteen years, and the MRI they performed here appeared normal, meaning that all my conditions and herniated discs disappeared out of no where. I do wish it was true and a miracle happened, but I can’t barely get up from bed, and the pain still there so is no miracle. Now I have to pay for another MRI somewhere else to have an accurate reading.
