Imagine having an ill elderly relative that needs a release form to be completed. You have done all the leg work but simply needs the doctor's office to do their part because you elderly relative may possibly harm themselves or others. We have been trying to get this done for over a month now. The excuse is that the only person that processes these request has covid. So we are going on more than a month now, and an entire dept function is at a standstill, with zero persons in the office willing to help. Faxing a document, pressing a button, saving a life... is impossible for anyone else in your office to step up and get it done. Unbelievable and unacceptable. Terrible service, your patients do not come first, just the money you collect to push paper and enter codes. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

I had a new patient appt with Cheryl Gulenay Feb 2023. While she was nice enough, I felt rushed toward the end of our appt (she had her hand on the doorknob, ready to leave, while I was talking). I also received an extra $200+ charge that isn't covered by insurance. When I asked what the charge is for, the insurance company said it's likely an office charge or maybe I said something to the Dr. that she wrote down and they coded it as not covered by insurance (It was just a standard visit, and I am completely healthy - I only talked about a recent bout of sickness). On the phone, advent health billing said it's my deductible, but not actually what it was for. No exams or tests were done, except the nurse took my blood pressure and temperature. I requested a 1500 form, which is the Drs notes that she took during the session. I want to know exactly WHAT I'm being charged for, and it's pretty ridiculous that I don't already have an itemized bill. They can just charge you whatever they want and not tell you what for? Not OK!

Best PCP available. All previous issues from past reviewers are not valid as they had changed the entire staff.I never went to a doctor in decades and felt super comfortable here.Great service, compassionate Doctors and amazing staff.Love it here

Completely unprofessional and unethical. Have been waiting for over 2 months for a follow up appointment since being discharged from hospital. Had two major surgeries done and still can not get seen. Then after calling the medical office all day trying to get in touch with one of the medical staff, I finally RECEIVED a call back, only to have no one responding. Said hello multiple times in an attempt to speak with someone. Call was active. I could hear the staff talking to each other and discussing medical information about other patients. Worse of all, I could hear them speak about the patient I have been trying to talk with them about and someone say, " yea I will call tomorrow, I just don't have the patience to deal with them today". This conversation, (not with me personally) was recorded and will be turned over to the proper people/ authorities. This establishment is in COMPLETE VIOLATION of HIPPA. Every medical professional knows the importance of protecting patient information via telecommunication. This interaction was completely unacceptable. Do better for the patients and/or the community YOUR BUSINESS SERVICES.

I really have no idea how Johanne Dunn is a doctor, she doesn’t act like one, she doubts everything you say is wrong, doctors are supposed to help you and help find an underlying cause, I had really bad abdominal pain and came in and she didn’t even look at it, touch around it or anything. She sent me home, nothings wrong even though she did absolutely nothing. I ended up going to the hospital. She should lose her license. I recommend getting a different doctor if you have Johanne Dunn. I might actually sue. Not to mention the fact that I waited 45 minutes after my set time for an appointment to even get a call that I could go back to a room. Then I waited another 30 minutes for a different doctor to see me. So if you have things planned after an appointment set here I would recommend not having things planned, you’ll be waiting nearly 2 hours just to be seen.
