Absolutely amazing. Sherri the Mamogram Tech is incredible. Knowledgeable, kind and thorough. In all my years working in a Hospital setting and visiting with Doctors and such I’ve never met anyone as great as Sherri. She deserves more than a five Star rating. Thank you for caring. ?Worth the hour drive. See you next year.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I am pregnant and have been calling for a week to get earlier appt. Due to non stop vomiting and right side pain. They said someone would call nobody ever did . Very unprofessional especially for a pregnant mom to go through this. I’ve been in the er 4-5 times since I haven’t been able to see them.on top of that they told me this morning at 12 that the manager in the office would call me and she has YET to call me.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. I had an ultrasound for my pregnancy done, scheduled for 1 hour and the technician was awful. Did not let me look at the screen, actually turned it away from me, asked my husband and I not to speak so it wouldn’t slow her down, told my husband he couldn’t sit too close, took horrible careless photos of our baby, and took only 25 minutes to do it all. I felt like an inconvenience but I’m sure she will bill me for the full hour. So inhumane, and she cussed on our way out as if we had annoyed her. never again will I be using this facility, manager never contacted me to solve the issue or to apologize. This was not health care, this was another thing crossed off their to do list.

Great experience for my first MRI. Jeison was very kind, friendly and fast during the registration process. Karolina was amazing as well she made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole examination and she was very caring!

I had an amazing experience. Jeison was extremely professional and polite and helpful in making sure everything went smooth with my appointment. Facility was very clean and the techs explained everything step by step. Strongly recommend for any medical needs!!

Horrible, Horrible, horrible! They scheduled an immediately appointment for me, to look at my possibly infected swollen eye. Arrived and was told my Doctor moved to Windermere, cannot see you, and need to reschedule. Disturbed as I'm looking at three doctors sitting there talking, I said this unacceptable, drove an hour to come here, and request to speak to the person in charge. They denied me. And long story short, they said go to the ER next door because doctors have left and we can't help you. No compassion, no since of care, or consideration. Horrible experience. Now at ER waiting forever. Horrible!

Great experience from start to finish…I have never had an MRI done so it was a 1st. Am claustrophobic and Carolina the Tech made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything for me to understand and very thankful. Music headphones earplugs in the making was wonderful. Thank you AH and Carolina for making me feel very comfortable. Lastly I asked her how did I do and she said great ?. I said to her you said not to move and I didn’t ?. Thank you

Yesterday I had a MRI for headaches & it was efficient & quick. Although it’s never a pleasant experience the technician was so pleasant he made me extremely relaxed & my choice of music helped calmed me totally. I also chose this location because they’re extremely efficient, courteous, clean areas & there is a coffee bar. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30pm but they had an opening & called so I was able to get in at 4:30pm. I have never experienced a wait time when I arrived more then 5-15 minutes. I highly recommend their services.

My experience here was very pleasurable.Jeison checked my mother and I in. He was very professional and had great customer service.Sherri was the tech who attended my mother and I. She went above and beyond to assist me with getting seen after a mix up with my referral. She was very compassionate and caring. Truly a team of great people

I love this place. Everybody is friendly and helpful. They’re knowledgeable and always go the extra mile to deliver top notch treatment. They are always on time and I can access my results in the portal in a very short time. My doctors are always on the know with this system. Thank you for such an excellent service and a caring attitude.

It was my very first time at this facility. Very clean ,neat well located. The staff was incredibly helpful and very friendly and courteous, especially Mr. Jeison Moreno, he was so informative helped us check in and answered all of our questions AND all with a smile on his face. Very respectful for sure. I love coming somewhere where people are so polite and caring to a patients every need. We need more people like Mr. Jeison. Thank you my experience at advent health was amazing we will definitely be coming back. Definitely recommend.

Horrible experience at this location. I went in to see a physician assistent for a condition. Visit went well but she did not order all the labs that were needed. I went and did the labs at the same location the same day. Couple of days later i get a call that the lab messed up my test so i had to back in. Couple if days following that i get a call from the PA that the lab did not do all the labs and that she ordered the remaining ones. She LIED. Instead of taking responsibility and admitting that she mistakenly didn’t order all the labs, she blamed it on the lab. So i had to go in for a third time for a set of common labs that should have been easily taken care if the first time around. To make matters worse, they charged me for every single time that they called me EVEN when it was their screw up. That’s FRAUD. The PA intentionally did not order all the labs the first time so they can call me additional times so they can charge me more.

The worst doctor I've been too ever!!! You go to the doctors for help and go several times to seek a resolution or treatment. I've seen about every primary doctor at this office and have been going for 2 years!!!! I feel worse then ever. It's been nothing but a waste of time and feel rushed every time!!! They just refer you somewhere else and then that place refers you right back to them. I will never recommend this place for someone who is really seeking out help.
