The Front Desk check in receptionist were all very professional and had great teamwork. 👏 👍 There was very minimum wait time and the Ultrasound technician was very courteous and made me feel comfortable during a test which on any other occasion would of probably been uncomfortable 😀. So I didn't give it 5 stars because, I did give the lady on the phone making my appointment instructions to please put in the notes to have someone let the mammo tech know ahead of time, I would be needing the thyroid radiation guard. As instructed the year before by the tech to do so. But it was not done. Otherwise kudos a job well done all around!! Happy Holidays! I received my results super fast too.

I scheduled my appointment by phone, the person didn’t tell that was necessary to bring a CD with the images. I arrived more than 45 before my appointment that was scheduled at 10:15. The ladies at the front desk told me to get the CD and I would have my exam done today. I brought the CD at 11:30, but it is 1pm and I’m still waiting for my exam being done. Nobody cares. I came from 50minutes away to loose my day. I will advise the provider no more indicate this place.

My visit on 8/1. The W Oak St. location is very pleasant and efficient. The staff is friendly and courteous. The technicians are friendly and professional.
I recently visited on 12/1. Very quick check in. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Waited about 15 minutes after my appt time, but when I was called, it went very quickly. For it being a very crowded waiting room, patients were being called in a timely manor. The tech was great.
