0 stars if it would be possible. I believe this place is permanently closed by now, because we cannot get hold of anyone there.I left my BMW X3 there for service and oil change. According to the owner car didn’t need any work so only oil was changed (which is great news!). This diagnosis came with hefty bill. After “servicing” car was performing extremely low, so I had to it back. Apparently Carlos didn’t take it for a drive before nor after servicing so he couldn’t say something is wrong with it.Ever since I experience only issues with the car. Reaching owner is impossible since phone is disconnected for some time now.In the end I took car to different garage to find out that Carlos didn’t put many parts back, therefore low performance and constant issues with the car. Now I have to buy new parts and pay labor to someone else.

I have a 230k mile Mercedes GL320 CDI diesel and this repair shop is better than going to Mercedes Benz or Range Rover or Porsche Dealership for service. Excellent knowledgeable German automotive technicians and owner is also very smart about Mercedes Benz. They are not my new go to Mercedes Benz shop and I highly recommend them

Stay away from this repair shop. Was the worst. Never fixed any issues with my vehicle and charged each time. Also added to my problem. Broke my hood release and didn’t advise me or fix.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My car had issues. Had it towed to this company and they worked on it for two days trying to get it back running. The car had to be taken to Mercedes but the owner did not charge me for anything other than the tow. That speaks a lot for how honest they are, they could have been shady and still try and charge me but what they did speaks volumes. Very honest and trustworthy.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. For years they have worked on my German cars. Before a MB, not a VW.

Called to inquiry about intake port cleaning. “Walnut blasting.” Gentlemen over the phone had no idea what I was talking in regards to and recommend I clean “ fuel injectors” myself. Great knowledge from a car shop that specialize in euro auto.

This place found a problem that no one else could and cleaned up a certified dealership's mistake with professionalism. I would highly recommend this place to anyone period. Also changed my oil pretty quick.

Very clean garage. Not many cars. I used them one time to replace the water pump in my x3. Carlos refused to give a written estimate $97 per hr labor rate. My bill was $457 but I guarantee if I hadn’t watched and questioned him it would have been much more. He did use an OEM part I had him keep my parts and show me so I could back check him. He felt very shady to me like he was trying to add labor and money to the bill. He told me he guaranteed his work for a year. After he put the water pump in about a month and a half later I start having issues with a coolant leak. I took the car back to have him check because I felt it was related to water pump. He told me it’s not the water pump but the new water pump added pressure to the system. A pressure test was done. He finds a leak in my expansion tank and more. Now I have to replace coolant expansion tank, thermostat, two hoses, engine thermostat. And he charges me $75 for checking it. I wait 45 minutes for him to give me a quote. I was not planning to come back but I wanted to see what he was going to do. I felt this guy was not going to be honest and clean. The job he’s quoting me takes about an hour. Check it out for yourself you will see. Of course again, he does no written estimate. He sits on the phone and calculates your bill. Writes it on a pad. When he was done the quote was for$802. And without OEM equipment. Fields BMW expansion tank is $172 that’s an OEM part. His expansion tank part is $63, a cheap, non OEM part. He quotes more, thermostats $112, hoses $138. Ok that’s $313 in parts, non OEM snd here comes the biggest rip off. 5 hours labor!!!! Wow. A whopping $802. I have them leave the shields off the car because I’m leaving his shop to go to another for a second opinion. At this point I’m leaving. I told them I was coming back because I knew he was going to charge me for checking the system. Which could have been a direct result fromhis last job. But I can’t prove that. Which by the way he quoted overage on labor. Second company I go to and the newBMW mechanic tells me I only have to replace the expansion tank. The hoses are in good shape and thermostats are working fine. Total bill is under $200 as I decided to use a Dormand part. I would warn anyone that goes here. This shop is not honest. You will get ripped off. If I could report them I would if I only knew where. I would not want this to happen to others Get a second look somewhere else. I did it because I knew that $75 he charged me was going to save me money in the end. Skip this auto shop. I would rate them a negative number if I could. Oh and one more thing, Carlos put the cheapest coolant he could find in the car after he installed my water pump. It was not the blue coolant for BMW, which is about $18 per gallon, it was the $8 per gallon yellow stuff. He thinks he is a clever guy ripping off people or maybe just women. I give them a worse than bad review.

This place is pretty good! I got my starter replaced here, for my 1.8T VW Passat. This starter was hard to find, and they got it to the shop within 24hrs. The tech was very professional and swift. The shop is big and spacious, and keeping social distance is capable. The price was fair and the receipt was detailed and I felt comfortable with the experience. I have to visit a few more times, before I can give it a five star.

Took my car to All German Auto for an engine light they had my car a week charged me what they told me was gonna be $600 when I got there to pick it up without warning they charge me an extra 120 a mess I try to drive it off a lot the car started bucking backfiring and blowing smoke and the engine light was still on I immediately turned the car right back around I didn't even make it out of the parking lot and had to take it back!!!! They then told me it was the intake manifold and that I should use a fuel injector cleaner and when the engine light is on I should just turn the car off and the code will clear. The light never went off And I shouldn't have to do any of that anyway I take it to the shop to get the car fixed. Bad service and expensive No warranty or guarantee for work.

I took my car in for a check engine light and it was hesitating and burning oil. They had the car for a week. I had to call constantly for an update, they don't call to let you know anything. After a week my car was ready, I went to drive away and a large black cloud came out of the exhaust., it backfired and the car started bucking before I made it out of the parking lot and the engine light was as still on. I turned right around took it back told the mechanic and Tony ( I think he is the owner and will tell you he's honest) I should have sensed that was an issue, after all honest is as honest does. The mechanic drove around the lot with it plugged in to the diagnostic tool and then informed me I will need a new intake manifold but for now to use a fuel additive and as for the engine light. Tony told me to turn off the car and restart it that it should clear the error message. So I tried this and no change. The car was a danger to drive It would just stop in the middle of traffic start billowing smoke bucking and stalling out with no warning and they knew that and they let me drive it off the lot anyway without fixing the problem and charged me over 700 when they quoted me $120 less to start with and hit me with the extra hundred and 120 when I showed up at the shop with no warning. Ps the car still has all the same problems.

NEW MANAGEMENT, professional, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of room in the working area, cleanest auto mechanic shop I have ever seen. Fair price on labor in any service you may need on your vehicle. The waiting area is Air Conditioned with a vending machine, very comfortable if you need to wait. Carlos retired mechanic with tons of experience. I strongly recommend this place for your car. Also he offers a rewards program on oil change ?.
