I did some research on the best phone plans for my needs and talked to agents over the phone who were really helpful and referred me to this store. However, I've had issues with this company since then. The store sales associate told me I would be able to transfer the SIM card to another phone, but failed to mention that I needed to set up an account and PIN number prior to making any changes. He did not seem willing to help at all and treated all my questions as if they were stupid, I left the store feeling that I was an inconvenience to the team member. I was able to use the pre-paid plan I got for a week until I needed to transfer it, and now I am unable to make any changes since I can't set up a new PIN. I keep getting transferred from one department to the other on the online chat, and not even able to reach a live agent on the phone simply because I do not have a PIN and I am unable to set up one. AT&T seems to be doing well in their sales department, but has a lot of work to do in their customer service area, since you can't even connect to anyone once they have your money. I would not recommend this specific location or overall company.

They really take care of their customers here I had an issue with the telephone which I had returned and they helped me a hundred percent of the way even had an issue with billing afterwards for restocking on a phone that they sent back to me that was defective and they made sure that I wasn't charged to restock fee staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Alex and Marcos helped me out as soon as I stepped in the door. If you go to this location I would recommend either of them because of their knowledge of product, willingness to help and overall customer service experience they provided. They earned all their stars.

I came in trying to get a new iPhoneWas completely ignored and never once greeted… I waited about 20mins-30mins and nothing… so I just ended up leaving instead of buying my new phone. No one ever said anything or asked if needed help while leaving, also…. Apparently customer service and good business doesn’t matter at all.I’ll just go to the one at Cagan Crossings tomorrow.

Good thing I did not NEED my phone today! Went in last night for an upgrade. Changed from my iPhone XR to a 13. It sat all night long and did not update the apps. Did a Restore from the backup did on the XR the day before and still. Showing SOS and no bars. The ATT Rep did not install a new Sim card and I believe that is the issue. I have been working all morning and can not clear up the phone. I now will have to make another trip back to the ATT store to get a NEW SIM card which I believe should have been installed when I did the upgrade. Apparently the old SIM card is NOT compatible with the 13. They should have known better and I should not have to make a second trip.

Motivated by advertising in the media, my family and I (couple and 2 children) were on 9.15.22 at AT&T unit 2 in Kissimee to purchase a post-paid family telephony and internet plan. We were welcomed by the seller Marcos who, to our surprise, is also Brazilian, which made communication easier. He informed us that the requested plan cost around $140+tax. We also took advantage of your offer for 2 iPhone 12s for the kids that cost us $395 and paid for. However, to our astonishment and disgust, we were billed for nearly $800. Since then (it's been 3 weeks) we've been requesting correction of values. We've been to the same Kissimee unit 2 5 times and they refuse to settle with different claims on each visit. Dissatisfied, we were yesterday asking to speak with the manager or director, but, again, they refused to resolve the situation, and he still attended to us with extreme arrogance, typical of a true tyrant. We found out in another AT&T store that the same plan, like the one we asked Marcos, costs 174 dollars and still entitles you to 4 lphone. We also found that in the invoice that in unit 2 of Kissimee, Marcos made 4 individual plans instead of the requested family. We have documents that substantiate our claims. I have recorded audio of Marcos claiming AT&T's error and that if the manager wanted he could correct the error caused by them, seller and store, unit 2 of Kissimee. I make this public public by warning other consumers to be careful when heading to this AT&T unit 2 in Kissimee, especially Latinos who still don't speak the language.

I was very impressed by Josh and his customer care here. Very real and caring! The store is nice, smaller, not as well equipped as others, but should have everything you would need for service and the basics.This has nothing to do with the store, but I am disappointed that AT&Ts insurance still makes you pay $250 to replace a phone.. I thought that's what the insurance was for..

Mario was great. He helped me reset my phone since it got wiped and removed even my carrier info. Also helped me restore to a point prior to the issue I had that caused it to be wiped. While I was there, he also explained the directTV streaming AT&T offers and I signed up for that also. Mario was very helpful and patient. I did not feel rushed. He really took time to help me and explain everything.
