We walked in to simply get a screen cover. There’s 1 employee working with a customer, 3 customers in the store waiting and another 1 employee walking around taking names. The 1 taking names needs to be helping with simple tasks like accessories and screen covers, etc. Her position is wages wasted as she was NO help AT ALL or you guys need to get more employees in your store to actually HELP the customer.

Today, Sunday, March 2, I spent more than 40 minutes waiting to be served with two little girls and none of the workers could help me, they didn't even approach me to ask me what I wanted.

Do not buy anything here. The sales people add on extra charges (add-ons) without tell you. You'll have to all ATT corp to get the add-ons removed.

I went to the store on January 29, at 7:30 PM, I waited more than 20 minutes for them to serve me, everyone was busy except Emely who was playing with her phone until she saw me upset and asked me if I was waiting. It took them a while to help me and they couldn't give me service, taking me out of the store and without service. I asked the associates for their names, both her and her partner. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THEIR NAME AND TOOK ME OUT OF THE STORE WITH THREATS OF CALLING THE POLICE

Today I went to this AT&T store and found that there were five waiters in the store, but no one paid attention to me. After I called them, one came over with a very bad attitude. I told him the service items I wanted, but he asked a lot of questions. When I explained to him, he didn't listen at all. When I asked to change the waiter, the female manager refused to change the waiter and drove us away directly. At this time, there were five waiters in the store playing with their phones, and no one was willing to work. The female manager's attitude was very bad. No wonder there were only waiters in this store and no customers. It is recommended that AT&T should change the manager of this store and strengthen the quality training of employees.

I came in to ask a simple question about upgrading to a different device. The sales associate tried to pressure me into paying for the "different" device along with an additional payment for the device I wanted. I left, ordered it online, and only had to trade it in and pay the down payment. Honestly, I won't be stepping my foot here never again.

When you come in just ask for BRUNO!!!! I wasn't even shopping for a phone.. He was able to get me 2 new phones and I switched over 4 lines!! For almost nothing! He was super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Hands down easiest process..just ask for BRUNO!?

Carlos AT+T employer was very helpful in explaining to me why I wasn't receiving or able to make calls. When I decided to buy a new iPhone watch he guided me through out the whole process.
