I used to visit this AT&T branch regularly because of William and his team, who always provided outstanding service and real solutions to any problem. Unfortunately, since William left, this branch has completely changed—for the worse.
I’ve been here twice this month, and each time, I’ve been met with nothing but excuses and poor service. The gentleman who assisted me both times seems more interested in finding ways to avoid helping customers rather than solving problems. I came in ready to open a new account, but instead of making it easy, he made it impossible.
It’s unbelievable how one person can destroy the reputation of an entire branch. AT&T needs to seriously evaluate who they put in customer-facing roles because this level of service is unacceptable. If you valued good service in the past, avoid this location now.

I have had a problem for 5 months that I delivered cell phones and they were going to credit 1600, they do not credit them and they cut off my line. I have been telling me for 5 months that they are going to credit it every month and nothing and they also want me to pay more when they are charging me more for other lines that were supposed to be 10 dollars and a cell phone in 5. I feel disappointed and scammed

AT&T is by far the worse cellphone service ever. They lied to us and cheated us out of money. When we went to speak to someone at the store Nattasha at the store didn't open the doors till 10:10am. Yet they're store hours clearly state they open at 10am. She was of no help to us and had a smug look on her face when we said we weren't happy with the service and overpaying. She clearly didn't care about us as customers. I'm going back to T mobile and I DO NOT recommend AT&T to anyone!

It seems very bad to me to have a large store in a square where there is a flow of people throughout the day, there is only one person in the store serving, it cannot be just an hour waiting while serving one by one, not everyone has the time available to wait for such a long time.

I understand its almost 8, but it's not. I'm a truck driver and this was the easiest I could get here. Btw, I got here at 7:55. Wasn't planning on spending 2 hrs here either. Just saying. Btw, is that a non employee in there after they are supposedly closed? 11-21-24

Don’t come to this store they are not event a corporate store, the only thing that they want to do is upselling you and add things on your account with out your permission, and after they do things wrong they just send you to corporate store. just go to the corporate store that is 2 minutes away on green wall way they will help you don’t waist your time coming to this location.
