I walked into the AT&T store on 10/17 and was completely ignored by the staff. I stood around for about 5 minutes, then another customer walked in and was greeted immediately in Spanish. This was a clear sign to me that AT&T was not interested in my business, so I walked out.This is unprofessional and uncalled for. AT&T should treat all customers with respect, regardless of their language or ethnicity. I am very disappointed with my experience and will not be doing business with AT&T in the future.

The sale reps at this store lie to sell you plans. They dont provide correct information or dont tell you what you need to know about the plan you are getting. This is based on my own and a friend’s experience. Save yourself time and energy and take your business to another at&t store.

The people working at this store are scammers. They sold me one month prepaid sim card that I planned to use in Canada which didnt work in Canada nor the US. And once I came back to get my refund, they acted stupid and repeated themselves “we cannot give refund for a prepaid sim card”.Do NOT trust them just go to another At&t store.

I walked in to the store and the employee did not want to work apparently. Then I find out information that was not given to my partner before me driver 45 min to the store and sitting for 30 minutes more because no one properly informed us all that was needed to get this done. The representative who welcomed me had a bad attitude since he had to help someone else's sales with an Upgrade and pay a Bill.Little did he know I was going to change services today, now I really think we should change providers.This has been the worst customer service experience I have received in years at a retail store.

I had been a Sprint (now T-Mobile) customer for several years and had been thinking about switching provider for quite a while, but couldn’t come around making my mind. Service representative Glenn helped me make the decision by answering all my questions and doubts, and making the switch to AT&T an easier one. I am pleased with the great service, orientation and help that Glenn provided me with. Keep up the excellent work. I recommend him and this store without hesitation.

I went to this store to change my phone company to AT&T, Maria helped me and she did a great job, she was very patient and answered every question me and my husband had, she was very nice and quick. GREAT SERVICE ??
