  Gabrielle was very attentive, quick and answer all questions. Even tho I am the Line holder the new phone was for my 11yr old and Gabrielle treated him as he was a customer. She allow him to pick his new number and set up the phone for him. She definitely made his day.

  Daniel was very knowledgeable. Not only did he assist in helping us fill out the claim on our inoperable device, he also assisted in educating us on your new internet packages and helped us compare company's to show us the difference and the savings. He was pleasant and helped us understand everything.

  The worst company, if I could give it zero stars I would, every month they change the payment amounts, an exaggeration, they change up to $100+ of what they agree, they are thieves and after the sale it is very difficult for them to resolve you!! I really want to settle my account with them and never contact them again.

  Short and sweet
  Manager at the store did not care the account holder was deceased and demanded I leave the store to cancel line of service refused to help and when asked for his name he refused to give it and none of the other employees cared either.
  “AT&T, we want your money but don’t you dare think for a second we are going to make canceling a line easy for grieving family members” that’s how this manager treated us.

  The 611 customer support team was horrible. They refused to help me resolve my issue. They directed me to the in store representative. Then together we called the 611 support team and they were rude to their only employee and hung up on the att in store representative. We called back together again and they couldn’t help us.
  
  Horrible experience and would not recommend AT&T. The only saving grace was the in store representative whose name is Pedro. He was kind, but couldn’t help me.

  Had a really good experience service with store rep Name :Raquel , very attentive and took care of my needs as a customer. Compare different options and service plans including new equipment. Very Satisfied with the customer service. I'll go back for future changes or updates on my wireless service.
