I visited AT&T at Greenwald in Kissimmee because I had purchased a phone from door to door offer. I went to the store because I was lost in terms of my payments plus a lot more information that I was never informed. Ms Marilyn Velazquez explained everything to me very well. I will never go to any other location but to the one mentioned.

I have conducted business with this store for years! Always leave extremely satisfied. I went today to exchange my phone and Ariella Roque took care of me. Ariella is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, pleasant and respectful. I give 5 stars because there are no more stars to give! Way to go Ariella keep doing excellent job!

I’ve always had a good experience at this corporate AT&T location. A big thank you to Marilyn. She is the best! Extremely knowledgeable to handle the most complicated phone account issues. Very professional, positive and patient. I left the store confident that everything was handled correctly.

Staff was helpful and excellent but The wait was entirely too long, I waited an hour for a rep, the wifi connection was slow or down causing another hour wait to process my request, so I spent 2 hours in the store. if the holidays are peak times more reps need to be hired to service the increase in customers. If that can be done the experience can be better

Went to talk to manager about sales people who either outright lied or didn't clarify the deals. Which in two instances were quite different when looking at receipt after it was signed. Will never again get service with AT&T. After I get through this 3 year commitment. I point black told woman I did not want the trade in if it meant 3yr contract. 3 months later when credit wasn't applied I learned what I signed said my credit would be given in monthly increments for 3 years. Criminal.

I was a mad hatter when I came in. Crytal,worked her magic and now I am very happy.I had a great experience here.My wife and I are returning next week to purchase another new phone and tablet.Hector, the manager was so supportive of staff. He only intervene when asked a question. The entire atmosphere was very professional and pleasant.Thank you, Kevin and Ashly Locke-Kelliebrew

I have been with AT&T with my cell phone for many years, to date they have been nothing but the best, weather on the phone or in person at the store, they have always stride to resolve what ever issue I may have. Recently I joined the Internet Service with AT&T and have had the pleasure to engage with Stephanie, Ariela and Marilyn over the phone and in person and as to be expected they have treated me and my wife with the utmost respect and kindness in our dealing. I look forward to many years of Service with AT&T Internet as I have with my Cell Phone Service. Thank you to all. Keep up the wonderful work.

Do not speak to MARILYN V. She is a liar and a scam artist. She signed me up for multiple products and services with out asking me. Charging me with out permission. She committed fraud by signing my name to these agreements. This caused me to spend hours on the phone and multiple visits to the store to correct. If you visit this store avoid MARILYN V. I have filed a complaint with corporate and the BBB. It seems multiple people have had terrible experiences with MARILYN V. Not sure why she is still allowed to have a job if she is lying to people, signing their name to documents after they leave, and just constantly lying to customers.Everything about my visit was awful. She shut of my phone with out telling me. Activated the new phone but refused to transfer the information. Signed me up for home insurance without asking or advising of charges. Signed me up for upgrade services with out asking or advising of charges.Absolutely god awful horrible experience. AVOID MARILYN V.
