- Door locked during the day because it's a bad area
- Wait forever for 'help'
- Spend 30 minutes figuring out how AT&T works for them
- Be treated with condescension the whole time
- Don't get the help you needed
- Be treated like an idiot
- Language barrier with 100% of the staff

Josmy is a cordial and knowledgeable young man. He took his time to change many appps in my phone and to make it easier to use. Mine is several years old, so when I inquired about purchasing a new one, he went out of his way to find me a comparable update at a reasonable price. He spent a great deal of time with me and it was well worth my time!

Jose at this AT&T literally saved our Disney Vacation! My daughter and I crashed both of our iphones on our first day in Orlando and had no way of communicating with each other or ANYONE as she competed at cheer worlds. We were so stressed out missing important coaches text messages, meeting times, and of course all the memory photos and videos that were so important to us. The team at the AT&T store calmed our nerves with a simple phone call and told us to uber over and they would fix everything up for us! They did EXACTLY that!! 2 new phones, cases, screen protectors, and assisted with transferring all data from our old phones to the new ones and had us out the door in no time at all! As a matter of fact they were so friendly and helpful we decided to upgrade another family member’s phone while we were there, thus purchasing 3 new Iphone 16 pro max’s, in less than 2 hours!! Hose’s knowledge and professionalism was top shelf and therefore saved our trip and got us right back on track for Disney fun. I highly recommend this store for all your needs whether it be a time of calm or crisis. They will get the job done!!!

I want to say that this about your AT&T team. #1 they were extremely busy but worked well together to help each other to get all parties issues resolved. #2 Ruth, Melvin, and Jevon went above and beyond to help us in our bad situation. We ended up upgrading two phones and switched to phones over because our son went swimming with his old phone. They attention to detail and willingness to help was second to none. Talk about an All Star team! Jevon knows his stuff better than any other AT&T phone service employee I have ever met. He was willing to teach and help Ruth when she was unsure about certain things. Melvin was helping other customers but was also helping Ruth. I have been with AT&T/cingular for over 23 years!

I'm a customer service agent and I just want to say that Rachael is an amazing employee, very knowledgeable, professional, a beautiful attitude and look for solutions quickly. I went with my 5 month old baby who was crying and she made him smile the whole time while she was helping us and even helping her coworkers. She's just amazing and I hope AT&T values this excellent girl. Great job Rachael! You make customers happy! Thank you for your help!
