I'm a customer service agent and I just want to say that Rachael is an amazing employee, very knowledgeable, professional, a beautiful attitude and look for solutions quickly. I went with my 5 month old baby who was crying and she made him smile the whole time while she was helping us and even helping her coworkers. She's just amazing and I hope AT&T values this excellent girl. Great job Rachael! You make customers happy! Thank you for your help!

Absolutely one of the best experiences I have had at a phone store. We went in with a few issues mostly to do with our Apple Watches. The sales rep was fantastic. He spent at least 3 hours with us getting them all resolved. He could have just blown us off and had us call customer care but he didn’t instead he got on the phone and got all issues resolved. Plus getting us upgraded. This is how all stores should be.

This site store is awesome with a capital "A". Took my phone in there (7/15) Saturday morning for repairs on some water damage I wasn't aware of. Staff was totally attentive and informative. After reviewing options available they were able to get my old phone turned back on which I thought was totally done! After working there magic they got all my data transferred over to a new device seamlessly and I was out the door no worse for wear. And just a side note, I could have left with my old phone with no pressure to upgrade to a new device although it made sense to replace the old one based on the water damage.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MARCO!. He was available to fix my issue very quickly and with no issue. Ive been to multiple stores and never experienced such an amazing service but that changed today with Marco! Amazing Experience!

Bad customer service, i upgraded to iPhone 14 as a gift to my daughter and went just to pick it up and the agent activated the phone without consulting with me so now my daughter is without service. Bad bad service

Took my money, left me to figure it out, wasted my time, and wasted my business’ time. Sales rep said it was $13-14/mo for 2 years for the 13. I get my receipt and it’s $729 over 3 years. Unknowingly, they made a new plan with a new # and also threw on a monthly insurance bill. Then I asked for them to help me and give me more information, they said I had to call Customer Service. I asked to return it, they said call customer service. After days of hassle, I managed to return the phone after visiting a much better location, but I’m still out of about $55. I paid $55 to call customer service and locations for 3 days. These guys took my money and wasted my time. I went to another store and I had a solution in 5 mins
