“I’m in love with my car again! Took it to Yimmy’s as my fairly new car’s paint was fading badly. Apparently, the previous dealer I purchased it from used a poor quality paint and process to patch up one side of my car. Yimmy’s not only repaired that poor job that was previously done, but painted it perfectly to match the rest of my car as well as buffing out my entire car and it looks showroom brand new! I dealt with Andy and Josh, both very professional and gave me a great cash price. I would highly recommend Yimmy’s Body Shop.”

“We pulled up to Big Willie’s on Saturday around noon after visiting many shops that claimed to be open but were not. The guys here immediately looked at our vehicle even on a Saturday, and we were all taken care of in less than 30 minutes.
Our car didn’t have frame damage which we were originally told by another shop that refused to help us, and the guys got our front end and a sensor back into place easily.
The charge for going out of their way to do that for us was so small we made sure to give a generous tip. Amazing people who know exactly what they are doing!”

I have a Mercedes , that requires regular service checks (they check everythingggg) and has been the only place to fix my previously malfunctioning ‘eco mode’. They are genuinely thorough and tell you exactly what’s wrong without hidden agendas. Tilo takes pride in his work and his business . He is on top of everything and will call you to update you on progress. They assess, give you a diagnosis, treat the vehicle, and also focus on preventative measures. Overall just Cares for the health of your vehicle so it can last you a long time. I’ve been coming here for years , NEVER disappointed. Highly recommend. I drive an hour and 15 min to see him and will never go anywhere else.”

“Today I went into O’Reillys store 4792 on Pleasant Hill Road in Ponciana. I had just finished going to the AutoZone and no one from there offered to help me. When I walked into O’Reillys, I was greeted by Carlos. I explained to Carlos that my request was a longshot, but I was hoping that he could help me out. I needed a wheel ball bearing for my 30 foot utility trailer. Carlos assured me that he would be able to help me out. I had a sample of my broken bearing. Carlos grabbed it and pulled out a small little box with a measuring tool. He measured the inner circumference, the outer bearing canister and the thickness of it. He put these details into his computer and was able to find The part that I needed. Unfortunately they did not have it in stock. Carlos called around to a few other stores and found the item that I needed. I was able to pay for it right there and drive to the other store and pick it up. I installed the part and thanks to Carlos My truck and trailer are back on the road. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt the need. To showcase Carlos Martinez today. This young man went above and beyond to please a customer. That had no hopes of finding this part. Carlos Brother thank you so much for being a true professional. And taking your job serious. His manager is very lucky to have him as an employee.”

“I came to this location and Dory met me at the door! I explained my situation to her and she told me to get my paperwork and come back. It took me a week but she remembered me and greeted me with enthusiasm. After checking my paperwork she took it to a different person. Another person, Will, came out and introduced himself. To be honest, I thought he was going to give some nice reason why I couldn’t be helped since my repair had been a while ago in Orlando. Not by choice. He walks me to my car and looks at the part that was coming loose. We walk back to the lobby and he says it would be taken care of and to give them a bit of time. Ok. He says to enjoy some coffee or water. I proceed to talk with Dory telling her how my car was hit and the Caliber 1 mile from my house said it had to go to an Orlando location!! WHAT? Needless to say I was not happy! So with not much hope I tried this location on Osceola Parkway because I didn’t want to go to Orlando. I am overwhelmed at how kind and everyone here is. It almost makes me cry because this problem could have been resolved a long time ago. Now my SUV will be perfect once again! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dory & Will! I will tell everyone about you both”
