Beware!! Deceptive Experience at AutoFashion: Unveiling the Truth Behind the TintsI recently ventured into AutoFashion for a window tinting service, drawn in by their enticing prices and promises of high-quality ceramic tinting. However, what transpired during my visit left me astounded by their deceptive practices. After researching window tinting options and receiving a variety of quotes, I was intrigued by AutoFashion's competitive pricing for both regular and ceramic tints. While most establishments quoted $200 for regular tints and $380 for ceramics, AutoFashion offered a remarkable $260 for ceramic tinting, a deal that seemed too good to be true. Skeptical yet hopeful, I repeatedly confirmed with them that it was indeed ceramic tinting.Upon arriving at AutoFashion, my suspicions started to mount. Instead of performing the tinting themselves, they directed me to a neighboring business, Eric's Window Tinting, which raised a red flag. This realization was disappointing, as AutoFashion presented itself as a window tinting provider, but in reality, they outsourced the work to another entity. The deception deepened during the tinting process. When I interrupted to inquire about the type of tint being applied, I was informed that the owner of AutoFashion had instructed the technician to use regular tint, contradicting their earlier claims of ceramic. This dishonesty left me frustrated and disappointed.Upon confronting the person who had provided me the $260 quote, I was told that I was receiving a "semi ceramic tint," a term I had never encountered in my research. This revelation only added to the confusion, as I was well aware that tint options are generally categorized into ceramic and regular. The owner's admission that he had quoted me the higher price to adhere to an instruction from another owner further underscored the deception at play. This ordeal made it clear that AutoFashion was not only misleading their customers but also overcharging for a service they were outsourcing at a fraction of the cost.In conclusion, my experience with AutoFashion was marred by deceptive practices, lack of transparency, and a blatant attempt to overcharge customers for a service they were outsourcing to a neighboring business. I strongly advise anyone seeking window tinting services to steer clear of AutoFashion.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!!My husband bought lights for his Jeep and was told if they don’t work they could be returned or replaced with the correct light, even though there is a sign that says no refund or return for anything you buy, but when the owner says that he would let us return the item you assume that he will take care of the issue!! He is a lier and a fraud

If I could leave zero star I would have. I had my car tinted here and they messed up the driver side. I attempted to get it fixed 2days later. Seems like the tint guy(only 1) works at his own schedule and not when the business is open. Wasted 2 trips to the store only to find out he will not be coming into the shop. I attempted a 3 visit 3days later. I called several times in advance to make sure he was at work before I wasted another trip to the store. Called 5 times before I got there and no one answered. I decided to drive to the store anyway. After arriving to the store I found out the tint guy was not there and I had to wait about 15mins until he gets there. 30mins later I begged the owner for an update only to be brushed off. After an hr waiting I begged again for him to call the tint guy to get an update. The owner then calls the guy and pretends to talk to the tint guy while I’m standing next to him listening and I heard the line still ringing while he is talking. He then tells me the guy is almost there so I can pull my car around. I waited an additional 30mins for the guy to show up after the owner lied to my face. These people especially the owner have no customer service skills nor respect for customer’s time. Need less to say I will not be visiting this place again and you should not!!!

I made an appointment for my Lexus is250 to get a full audio system 3 weeks prior to the day and when the day came they said they didn’t remember who I was and that I didn’t have any appointments. I was getting 4 8” PRV, 2 10” PRV, 2 tweeters, 3k bass and mid amp and a box with 2 12” subwoofer. Definitely finding a new place after my personal experience and the reviews. Wouldn’t recommend to no one as I gave the benefit of the doubt and they still failed. Very unprofessional

Horrible customer service the guys are complete rip offs and aren't even friendly. Dude charged me $100 for a headlight installation and it didn't even worked, they told my ballast was blown when I waited an entire week for a new one I show up and he's like it didn't come in, offered no options to my problem and not even an apology. Literally let me walk right out the door after I said "alright I guess I'll just figure it out" I couldn't believe this. it's complete nonsense. Go to HID Pro 1020 West Amelia St you'll get better customer service and they'll even have your part in for you at a better price.

If I could give them Zero stars I would. Went there a year ago to get a car alarm installed on a Toyota that already had a factory alarm that was acting up. Figured I'd take it to professionals to get it fixed. Left there $50 later with a factory alarm that they cut the wires to, and door locks that didn't function what so ever. So they basically made me pay $50 for them to damage my truck. A year later I chase down the electrical demons and install my own alarm and find bare wires exposed under my dash that they cut and left. They let me drive off in a death trap! Will not ever recommend these jokers!

DO NOT RECOMMEND (zero star) Horrible customer service, horrid job. I asked for legal tints and got pulled over for illegal tint. Went back and they charges me to fix it with 5 hour wait. Installations for stereo 5 hours and I had to go back 3 to 4 times with issues to the wiring etc and they always charged me more. Rip off! Terrible! Bad! Low quality! Do not recommend to anyone. This people have low ethics. This business is terrible and should be closed down for the quality of service they deliver.
