Around 6 o'clock today I went to this store to check my battery. I must say that the woman who was the “manager” treated me extremely badly just because I asked her for the machine to check the battery. When she saw that she was busy I told her “I can do it if she is busy” and she replied that “No, she was going to do it because no one can touch the machines”, I made the comment of “Oh, that changed? I used to work at Autozone for a long time and we used to lend the machines to those who needed it” and he raised his voice at me saying “IF YOU ARE NOT WITHIN THE CLOCK IN TIME AND YOU ARE NOT WORKING YOU CAN'T USE IT” and I asked him why he was talking to me with that attitude and he changed his tone but I really wanted to leave. I don't know what the "manager's" problem is, but I think she shouldn't be in that position talking to a regular customer like that. I worked at Autozone and I know that customer service is paramount, especially from managers. It is sad that because of these types of people, stores lose customers since I was going to buy several things that I needed but I preferred to leave. I hope they correct these situations.

I was a regular customer of this store for several years, now there is a new employee who from what I see is going to fire us all, the lady with glasses has a bad treatment of customers and is very badly spoken, I think that an employee like that should not of being in a customer service store,

Yesterday my car got damaged while driving and the manager himself helped me. Bryan is the best and i really hope Autozone values his work and effort. He deserves a raise! A Blessing from THE LORD JESUS!

Post Covid, I find it rare to encounter great service from any business, but I must say Sosa, manager at AutoZone, impressed me today. I really appreciate it because I have been having a rough week where it seemed like everything was going wrong, but he helped me by handling fixing my issue, and making the whole process surprisingly painless. Basically I ended up with the wrong battery for my son’s car. I realized it before I used it or blemished it in anyway. Went back next day and Sosa immediately resolved it, making sure I left with the right battery. My son’s was back and running like new within an hour. I was stressed, but now at ease. Thanks Sosa!

I asked the lady in front of the cash register to check the battery and when she was outside she saw that I couldn't open the bonnet and she didn't want to help me open it, seeing that I didn't know how and I was with my little son. I had to leave without the checkup. It seems disrespectful to me. Terrible Service.

Jeremiah helped us out and he was amazing. He not only was super helpful and knowledgeable but he also played peek a boo with my 2 year old. I sincerely hope that kid goes far in life because people like that should. Above and beyond

Rude lady at main street location told me she couldn’t change the battery in my car for me. that nobody was working that day that could change my battery and they didn’t have the tools. She clearly lied or just didn’t want to help me. Very upset, i came to this location at 222 S John Young And was immediately greeted by a young man named Angel who promptly got my battery paid for and installed! Imagine that! Awesome young man with great customer service skills. I went in upset and left a very happy customer due to Angels knowledge and helpfulness. That lady at the other store needs to go back and do some more training. Angel deserves to be recognized for his great customer service and helpfulness. Awesome job young man.
