Rajiv and Michael went above and beyond to help me replace my battery. Even the manager assisted from home and provided follow-up service. This was definitely the best experience of my life that I had at AutoZone.

I had the best experience ever at this Auto Zone location out of all the Auto Zone’s I’ve ever been to in Kissimmee. A young white male employee by the name of Gideon if I spelled it correctly was the best in customer service. He went way beyond his expectations to serve me as a customer. Its employees like this that needs to be in management positions. I hope he is never overlooked for any promotion that is due to him. Its employees like this that will keep me coming back to establishments like this where I spend tremendously amount of money. THANK TOU FOR ALL OF YOUR SUPPORT YESTERDAY ON 2/1. You were AWESOME!!!!!

I keep having the worst service at this AutoZone with personal not knowing what is customer service, from management to employees they are not business driver, treatment to customer needs a lot of improvement, same bad energy. Not feeling welcome

My battery died tonight and I got someone to jump start my car. I called this Auto Zone and the gentleman told me to come down and he could change my battery. When I got there the two gentleman assisted me right away. A young man Rajad? Sorry, can't remember their names. Changed my battery and was very kind. I really appreciated their help at around 9:30 pm when they closed at 10pm. I did call the autozone closer to my house (open until midnight) and near where my car died but they said they didn't have anyone at that time (but maybe later) then to change my battery. I couldn't trust it and drive there bc I couldn't shut off my car or my battery would die.

I had to do a review for a young man in this store named Jerson. I am a nurse who knows what it feels like and knows what it’s like to be a helping hand and save others when in need. This gentlemen saved me today. He went above and beyond as I was stuck with a bad battery. He deserves to be recognized and if allowed to be given a raise. He was well mannered and made sure I was taken care of. Because of him I will only get my services through this store. You definitely have a great employee and I hope you guys cherish and appreciate the good ones! Many blessings young man and hope you get taken care of when you are ever in need. Gideon is an exceptional employee who genuinely cares for the customers. I was in a tight spot and he helped me out big time despite the actual managers there not caring at all and even going out of their way to tell Gideon not to give me any assistance because it was 30 minutes before close. Gideon deserves better!
