If you're going in for a free check up if your engine light turns on, don't. They don't have the machine for it, and the lady behind the counter working the morning shifts lied about not having a battery tester as well just for the sake of not having to do work. Unbelievable experience.

I came over to to get some parts and one of the workers, yared, gave me great service, helped me out super quick and got me everything I needed with no issues. We need more people like him working at these stores!!!

Rude Spanish chic. I swear I felt she was a racist. Took her sweet time checking us out also. All we had was oil. Poor customer service at this location.

Yared was exceptional with his customer service and knowledge. Not only did he help me out immensely but at the same time he helped out his teammate. His teammate needed help because he wasn’t familiar with the warranty process on brake pads and without skipping a beat Yared stepped in and took it upon himself to not only please the customer he also took the opportunity to teach his teammate on the process. Bright young man and a great asset to the company.

Most of the employees including management are very rude and have very poor work ethics, their language makes you think twice to call yourself PR, which is embarrassing and it speaks very much about what kind of people are being hired.
