Yesterday I went to AutoZone at store 6329 to return pads and rotors that didn't fit..they refused my return...I was in shock I always use there services..I spoke to an attorney and he told me I have a great case against them. It's so sad that I have to go through this. The store is located off of 192 in Kissimmee going east

I needed to change my transmission filter. I was unsure which type of pan I had, so i bought both of the different types, and oil. When I went to return the extra unused oil and flter, I had discovered that the lady who gave me the parts searched the right number, but grabbed the wrong part then what was on the receipt. They took the oil back, but the manager then tried to tell me that the part didnt come from the store even after I tried to return it on the same day, and a day or so after but no luck. The employee handled the situation more professional then the manager and even was on ny side. Thats the only reason I put 2 stars.

Waoooo, what a complication to buy here, one of the ladies, the FAT, HATEFUL MARCRIADA, who works there, I tell her that I want to pick up the pieces in another one that is closer to me and in a bad way she tells me that it is not possible, knowing that I do advise them to change it. .

I definitely give this location a five star rating all the females in there are so friendly and so knowledgeable and eager to help every customer The manager Arleen she's amazing and helpful .. they have my business for life.. don't change a thing ladies.

My mom was stuck on the side of the road near the store and the staff was so helpful and came to help with a dead battery. Super thankful for Raul and the young lady who came ! Definitely recommend this store
