We are full time RV travelers. We needed a new battery delivered because the truck is our only means of transportation and our battery was completely dead.We ordered online with same day delivery. We kept getting our delivery times changed all day long. We called Autozone in Kissimmee and Arlene went above and beyond to find a way to get our new battery to us. Thank you Arlene and Kissimmee Autozone.

I always come to AutoZone with my auto parts needs. The employees are very helpful and the manager is excellent. They will diagnose your auto problem and sell parts for it. They will change your wiper blades for you. I highly recommend them

Today I went with my nephew and bought 2 bottles of Gunk degreaser1 Original Engine Degreaser andAnother from Gel Engine Degreaser, under the assistance of a salesperson who very kindly assisted me and even advised me to make self-payment, but for some reason that I did not know what, 2 employees came out, one with glasses with yellow hair greeted me with a military salute and another With short black hair and a black t-shirt, he took a photo with his phone of the back of the truck when we were leaving, an act that I looked in the rearview mirror and returned to have the situation clarified.His response was very confusing and I saw no connection to what he told me (supposed homeless).I leave this written by this means and to make it known that I have been a registered client for more than 4 years and I have not done anything that could harm my reputation.

Las Lentas were amazing !! The service provided was exceptional and I truly enjoy going to shop there . You can see how well they all work together and treat each other like family . That is what a work environment should be .great team work specially where one forgot to print me the receipt the other did it, and when the other forgot to give me a bag , the other associate gave it to me . They are all on top of each other making sure no mistakes are done and if there is they help each other as a team . Amazing work . Keep up the hard work and providing outstanding customer service.

I went to this store where I always come. Because my car's dashboard turned on several lights. When I arrive and after standing in line I tell the girl who attends what is happening (one with short hair) and she simply gives me the equipment “the computer” that they call, like the one for TV advertising. And he tells me, do it yourself and I tell you how to do it? He doesn't even explain it to me. I tell him I don't know at least tell me how to do it. He tells me to put it under the steering wheel and then you will see the screen. And he also adds that it is a free service, he won't expect me to do it!!! I in shock. I went to my car and didn't know how to do it or where to plug it in. I went back to return the equipment, and coincidentally the other lady who was there apologized and I couldn't believe it. And she did it herself and kindly explained to me how to do it on another occasion. And then it printed the faults of my vehicle. And he explained to me what parts to buy and which mechanic to take it to. I mean. What's the other rude lady doing there? It has no customer service principle. It's a shame I don't know the name of the person who treated me kindly and helped me solve it. She is a lady with blonde hair who speaks Spanish. He is worth gold as an employee.

Me and my Dad went in with a bad battery so Esteban helped us out alot took his time did what he could to get going it was busy that night at the store but he was great with wonderful customer service.
