I went in earlier today for a battery replacement. I was met with an employee by the name of Juan R. Off the bat, Juan was very rude and ill-mannered. He seemed annoyed and had a very unprofessional attitude. He seemed annoyed to have to do his job. I explained that I needed a new battery and need to have it installed.
He proceeds to talk in a low angry tone, barely audible. So I say, "Excuse me? Sorry I didn't hear what you said." He then proceeds to shout in an exaggerated annoyed tone, explaining the price/warranty, etc. As he rushes for me to make a choice. I make my choice, and he begrudgingly prints out the receipt and goes to get the battery with an attitude and a face of disgust.
Unfortunately, Juan R. was the one to perform the replacement. As he's replacing the battery, I ask him basic questions about the warranty and battery life, etc. He completely ignored me while performing the replacement still. Once the battery is replaced, he just slams the hood shut, takes his tools, and marches back inside the store without saying a word. No explanation, no "you're all set it's finished!", nothing. I go inside to make sure everything is set. He's nowhere to he found. I ask another employee, and she says everything is complete. The service and attitude from Juan R. Was some of the worst customer service I've ever received from any business in a long time. Juan R. If you hate your job and having to interact with people, maybe work elsewhere! Such service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location again.

On a long road trip, our Kia Soul was giving us trouble. We stopped at this autozone for the free diagnostic. Felix helped us replace and engine coil and gave us a major deal on a sensor that needed to be replaced, and even came out and got his hands dirty with us. Only complaint is he didn’t let me tip him for being such a great help during a stressful time haha. MAJOR APPRECIATION TO FELIX!!

Me and my bandmates would have been absolutely stranded without Felix’s fast and knowledgeable help today. We drove 14 hours from Knoxville to Miami for a music festival, and on our way back, our car started shaking and the engine light turned on. Felix was so polite, encouraging, and reassuring. He found the problem quickly, helped us find the right item to replace, and when the car wouldn’t start after the replacement, he ran ANOTHER diagnostic, and didn’t leave us until it was up and running again. THANK YOU FELIX!!! Much love from Knoxville 🫶🏼

On 12/29 at 8:00pm a saleswoman has very bad customer service, she doesn't even say hello. with signs of annoyance and dissatisfaction on his face, I don't know if it is because he doesn't want his job or if it is his way of treating clients.

I had a very terrible experience when I went in today to get my battery checked.
I was barely greeted by Jose, the sales parts manager. I explained that my car had trouble starting so I’d like the battery checked and he goes what did it do I said well it kind of clicked and took a bit to turn on and he goes that’s not the battery that’s the starter and looked at me like I was dumb. I said well I don’t know about cars so I’m not sure what it is but I’d like the battery checked… So with a whole big attitude he comes outside and checks and goes the battery is not good… Goes back inside looks up my info and says it’s got warranty I’ll change it out…
He went and found a battery did whatever at the register and printed this little receipt gives it to me with no explanation and goes outside… I bought some air fresheners n went outside n sat in the car and he finished closed the hood n went inside… Didn’t say ok I’m done you’re all set or anything so I’m like ok? Do I just leave? So I went inside and he wasn’t around so I asked the girl attendant she goes oh yeah if he changed it you’re all set I’m like ok well is there warranty on this one? She looks it up n says yes and that I was all set. It’s disappointing to get bad service for something you advertise every where like getting your battery checked for free but when it’s the manager who gives you crappy service that’s pretty bad. I won’t be going back to this location again.
