I called 3 times to ask about a part and the person decided to hang up in my face as I’m asking a question !!! This is very inconsiderate and horrible customer service !!!! I am very disappointed in Autozone !!!!!

I’m sure my experience isn’t representative of the entire business… however it’s still my experience..
Jeep ran out of power steering fluid and required a specific one, I was on foot as I was concerned about driving it and wasn’t too far from a few auto part stores… I called auto zone to confirm they had what I needed..
Of course, the employee hardly spoke English which was initially the big challenge. I spent a few minutes describing what I needed (exactly the brand, what it looked like, and the purpose) eventually she looked around and confirmed “yes we do carry that”. So I again, said okay so this is for sure the “royal purple BRAND, POWER STEERING FLUID” and she confirmed “yes”.
I walked over and she lead me to a purple coloured windshield washer fluid.
They did not have the power steering fluid.
Not impressed.
As always, O’Reillys saved the day.
