Yirkina Santana went out of her way to help us. We drove from Haines City to the badcock in Kissimmee because they could not help us and acted like they really didn't have time to help us at the Haines City badcock. We was able to get our couch and loveseat ordered and we only had to wait 4 days we're at badcock in Haines City told us that we would have to wait 2 weeks. We really like the service at the Kissimmee store.

DO NOT BUY ANY FURNITURE FROM THIS PLACE. YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST FURNITURE QUALITY THAT HAS EVER BEEN MADE.Tried contacting Babcock via the phone number they sent me in response to my complaint but as usual no help, no answer and no manager available .

This was the worst furniture place to shop from, the salesman was beyond unprofessional, the furniture came in broken three times, they forgot pieces all three times, my sets were supposed to arrive all on the same day, they held everything just so they could deliver on the same day, and still messed everything up, then gives me a hard time about replacing the broken items and actually giving me the missing ones, which were huge drawers so it’s not like they didn’t notice.I could of bought better furniture from Walmart for cheaper and a better rate each month! They were so rude and unprofessional and there is no air conditioning !!And every time they came they left plastic and parts in the street !Honestly if they would take the furniture back and give me my deposit back I would return everything!

We were told they would haul away our old furniture when they delivered our new stuff, but apparently they don’t offer that service. So now we are left scrambling to figure out how to get rid of the old furniture before the new one gets here. I am not happy. Also, the sales associates are extremely unprofessional.EDIT: I spoke to the manager and they literally said and I quote “will take the furniture away if we tip them”. This whole situation is just in poor taste and if their furniture wasn’t so affordable - we would probably never do business with them again.

would give a zero stars if possible.My shopping experience was horrible. I waited 2 hrs before someone finally helped us. We asked for assistance twice, both times being told “I’ll be there in a second”.Once I was finally helped, I asked about delivery times. Making it clear I want whatever set I can get the soonest. The date I was given as “the very latest” but “very unlikely” was 2 week earlier than I actually received my products. My products took so long to get here and once I got them each piece had something defective.My bed side tables have the handles screwed in on the inside the drawer. One bedside table will not close correctly and the hardware is not aligned properly. My bed frame has deep scratches and a mysterious goop.When reaching out to customer service my only options are to return it in 10 days or to wait another 2 weeks to have my furniture “serviced”. If the service does not fix the furniture I was told I could no longer return it. After 30 minutes on the phone with the service rep I was finally told I could open a claim. Something that should have been offered sooner.Sitting on hold listening to the recorded message tell me the goal is for everything to be just right was salt in the wound when the best advice he gave me was to try and see if I could get furniture somewhere else.I wish I never wasted my time waiting for my defective furniture to be delivered. If the store clerk was honest I would have never made this purchase.EDIT- below you can see that they have reached out for customer service help. I have sent an email. Received no response & they closed my ticket without any reason listed.

Beautiful furniture but poor service. Associates are not knowledgeable about credit options. Order was delayed and we were never notified. Manager is never around. Go elsewhere and avoid the aggravation.

Salesmen at this store won’t tell you the truth when making the sale and the lo will included extra stuff that you end up paying over the time of your payments. I just found out after a year and half that I have been paying for an insurance that we never asked for. The sales person just decided to added to our account and when we called to complaint of course they had our signatures on paper and that was the end of the conversation. Please make sure you read everything that you sign like that you don’t end up paying a ton of money on something that you don’t need.

I came to Badcock Home Furniture in Kissimmee browsing for a new couch. I was greeted by Luis. I explained what type I was looking for and he showed me around to all my options. I was not expecting to walk out with the purchase of a new couch but at that point it was clear there was no need to look elsewhere (and I did my research).

Part 2 from Orlando location. Went in after going to the Orlando location looking to see if my wife and I could find a floor model on a dinning room set we couldn't find in Orlando. Found and like but not as much as one that we found in the Orlando location. We were looking around while we waited word on a decision about a dinning room set that was discontinued but were told couldn't buy the floor model without the buffet and hutch. We decided to ask the saleslady what she could do for us on the same one we saw at Orlando. After calculating what they could do for us she came up with a $2000.00 amount. We asked what they would take off for it being a discontinued item. She calls the manager only to come back with a 5% discount which would bring it to roughly $1900.00 plus everything else. We left the store disappointed once more and just went out to eat. After coming home eating, relaxing and receiving the disappointing news from the first store we decided to check the price of the same set on-line. Pffft, to our amazement it came up a little over $1600. Not sure what they are doing at these two stores but they need better training and better management to be honest. This was my experience and my opinion.

Went here a few months ago to buy a mattress and the workers didn’t even acknowledge us. We asked an employee if our daughter could use the bathroom and she ignored us. We assumed she didn’t work there until another person came in and she assisted them. We walked around the store without any assistance for 20 minutes before we left. I guess we didn’t look like their “typical clientele”.
