It is crazy how this busy branch is always short staff every single day, 1 teller with 10 people onlineJust to make a simple check deposit to another company, something I can’t do online.

Just yesterday, Wednesday... I come in to reopen an account, while waiting 2 hours to be assisted. Nearly deciding to leave, I gave in and opened the account, deposited $500 at the bank's inside ATM and the damn thing didn't register the deposit. So now I lost $500 of which the bank can't replace till a couple of days. Worst branch ever.

Unbelievably inefficient. Like a 3rd world country. Waited 40 minutes in line tellers saw 2 people. I had to leave WITHOUT BEING HELPED. You need to start over. AWFUL.

The worst service was hours of waiting and in the end they never attended to me, they do not respect people's time. I do not recommend it

Unfortunately chose to do a HELOC though BoA, and what a terrible experience. Barely anyone returned calls, causing me to miss deadlines with paperwork and in the end one of the reasons my application was declined. Also no one actually listens to anything I say, and when I set them straight about some of my documentation, they don’t pass it on and the next person asks for the same documentation that doesn’t exist. For example, asking for 1099’s on non-taxable income by several people shows a) they aren’t listening to a word I’m saying or b) don’t understand their job as social security and disability benefits do NOT receive a 1099. In the end a massive waste of time due to incompetence and poor customer service

Made appointment for Notary Service which is included on their website. The manager said they could not notarize wills. What difference is a will to any other document as the Notary doesn't need to know its contents and is only witnessing the signatures.31 years at this branch as a customer.

I tried calling in for a quick question and someone very clearly while talking in the BG picked up the phone and hung up 3 times in a row. I was going to be polite and start the Convo with "I just called in and think we got disconnected" but after 2 more times of this, it's clear that nobody at this location really cares about BOA customers. If you're busy, don't pick up. Silence the ringer -- all phones can do that. But don't rudely pick up just to hang up. You're giving your company a bad rep with your nastiness.

I had come here 2 times for wire service but could not get through. Bad experience
