My Mom went to cash My Check and They stole $846 and invalidated the check. Be Careful they steal money! Some lady who works there with a mole on her nose, cashed My Check, stole the money, and invalidated the check. That is so greedy and petty. Plus there's a place for people like that; it's called Hell.

today i visit this location, I did not have an account with this institution, but i got pay weekly with a check that belongs to this bank.the problem is that every time it takes 25 minutes, to get my check cash,my boss which is the owner of the place where i work, sometimes he writes the check in Spanish sometimes the manager write in English, the teller, has a concern about that, he calls my boss, to verify if he actually authorizes the check, and the answer was YES, after that he ask me if i know who write the check, with insinuation, that probably was me the one who write the check, my answer was i don't know, and to me that's not a reason to keep somebody there for so long with 5 or 6 customer behind me.so, I am latin, i always provide my license and debit car as ID'S I also speak English because I try to do the best I can to be part of this community, pay taxes and everything. the teller's name is Oscar Rendom he always speak Spanish to me even when i answer in English, after trying to question me about the check, i feel that he was about to call the police, (something I wish should happens) i ask for the manager Maria Valle present herself as the manager I found out she's the assistant manager, and she told me : As bank of America politics she have to approve every single check that anybody try to cash at the bank, not matter the amount of the check.i think this is an act of racism, and all this because the way i look, and i will contact bank of America corporate, because when you read all the reviews on google and you see that this place has all bad reviews and this people still working there, the fact the nobody do nothing about it is absolutely unacceptable. is a shame after bank of america is been sue for acts of racis and lost the battles, they still have people working for them with this mentality

I’ve had no issues with this location. Last time I went to pick up some foreign currency I was greeted and helped promptly.

Why have a Business Clients line if you don’t have a teller to work the line? I’ve been waiting in line for 10 minutes and have barely moved. Not good for a business. Very poor customer service. Don’t recommend this location at all.

I have never been able to do any transactions at this location. Every time they have a 3 or 4 hour wait to talk to someone. However there is no one in the lobby. The service at this location is horrible.

Horrible customer service, they only have one teller working inside taking care of customer, and the same teller working in the drive through. I been waiting here for 10 minutes and he said to me & I quote, “It will be a while because I am taking care of 5 customers inside!” I did not go in the bank because I’m high risk with Covid. Please have more people working or I will take my business else where. Thank you,Migdalia Medina

There's a line 7 people deep and the lobby lady pulls this guy to be attended to infront of me even though I was waiting a while. The whole time he is on his cell which further delays the clerk.Sure you are very sorry! That's why it happened today again, right?

I drive trucks for a living and never had a problem pulling my money off my comdata card until I went to this Bank of America.First off the teller was giving me a hard time even tho he had my drivers license in front of him.Then he claimed the card reader couldn’t read my card.Wowwww never have Bank of America not been able to read my card?So manager came over and also was no help.I really think I was stereotyped when I walked in the bank and I make over 200,000.00 a year.I will never go back to this bank EVER

Is my second time trying to opening a bank account with Bank of America and with no success because it's always a thing, today was because of my venezuelan passport. Tell your employees that for Venezuelans once our passports are expired from 2019 (for example) we have 5 years more of validity by presidential decree so our passports are still VALID in all of the US. I was asked if I had a prorroga which I don't and the person who attended my husband and I for our joint account didn't know how to handle our case. This situation is absolutely discriminatory for me and my venezuelan countrymen.

Never answer the phone I probably called 20 times and nothing, then when I go there always one person at the window with a long line, but has someone outside in the waiting area asking people what they need, like he can take his self to the window so the line can go fasterPoor customer service they need to learn that people have places to be and they can’t just take there sweet time
