Horrible Customer service! 45 minutes in line! Drive thru is closed! They don't take CASH unless you have an account with them. Talking and joking with each other instead of helping the tellers to move the line faster. This Bank is just the WORST!!

Absolute worst customer experience. Line out the door and ONE teller. this doesn’t make sense especially being 1 out of three banks in poinciana. Ridiculous Long wait times and no consideration. I needed to change my pin and had to wait to the side until that feller finished EVERYONE in line including the new people that came through the door. When i did get to see someone, Ruby was awesome. Very quick and efficient.

Worst Branch ever!Only 1 Teller open on the 1-3rd of the months busiest days ever. Although the teller was excellent but she alone is attending the line.The ATM not taking deposit payments so the line is longer.Closed at times for days with NO Notice & details not even a note on the door.You are expected to zig zag on the "stand here" notes on the floor but if u dont know that, why dont they place arrows. Besides, its only 1 teller, why zig zag?!Worst branch ever!!!!!!!!!

Garbage service only one teller working the line was out the door The single teller was then removed leaving no one for 20 mins THERE IS MORE PEOPLE STANDING AROUND WITH IPADS RATHER THAN BEHIND THE COUNTER HELPING PEOPLE THERE IS NO NEED TO HAVE MULTIPLE PEOPLE STANDING AROUND JUST GREETING AND NOT WORKING WHY IS THIS BRANCH OPERATING IF THEY CANT MEET THE NEEDS OF CUSTOMERS THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE I WILL BE SWITCHING BACK TO TD VERY SOON ONCE I TAKE ALL OF MY CASH OUT !

After reading the past reviews I really didn’t want to enter this branch, scared of the service I would receive as a customer but when I tell you the reviews are nothing like the people that works in this branch. This branch by far is the BEST BANK I ever stepped foot in, from the manager to the window teller and to a sit down rep. They are very professional and helped me out a lot and was able to help me get things situated and actually cared about the reason I came in the branch!!!!! Marie was my sit down rep and SHE WAS AMAZING…. the customer service agent over the phone gave her a number for me to call but she got the call transferred to that number instead of just giving me the number and going on with her day, she actually cared about my experience and walked me through every single process ! Again this is the BEST BANK BRANCH I ever dealt with and I will continue to come here because the customer service experience was spectacular . Thank you so much Marie,Manager, and window teller !!!!!!!!! :) I wish I can give this review 1000x stars ⭐️

I arrived and sat myself in the lobby as no one greeted me. I asked the only other customer seated if she had been help and she explained that she was all set and that I should go to the window at the far right. As I did another couple entered and went straight to the window and announced themselves.I got up and told Tiffany I had been seated because I did not know to go up to the window but that I was there before the couple. Tiffany rudely and loudly said:”No, they were here first outside”. My daughter interjected saying: “Why are you being so rude, we don’t know we are just sitting here tring to figure things out.”Tiffany again loudly and rudely says; “You aint about to tell me who is here and who is not in my business.”I have never felt so confused and humiliated wondering what was the point or reason for such disrespect and attitude. I cinsider myself and educated and respectful adult who treats EVERYONE I encounter with respect and DIGNITY. This was totally uncalled for.
