I called, inquiring about an item. They left me on hold for over 20 minutes. I drive to the store and there's literally one customer inside. You're not busy, so why couldn't you help me over the phone. Instead, I see and hear one employee on her cell talking loudly about accidentally sending her boss a picture of someone's child and that the child's mother's going to be pissed if she finds out.
I would not recommend this location.

I’m waiting to deliver a load to McLean down the street. So I decided to shop a little because it’s my birthday Oct 26th. I’m heading home to Fort Lauderdale to celebrate with my family and loved ones. I’m so excited to take off and enjoy me some me. I walked in to Bealls with a warm welcome from Crystal Heath and Lucy Matos. These lady’s were working hard and once I stepped up to check out they were friendly and joyful.Thank you for your assistance and great customer service.God Bless
