Want to start with Donna being AMAZING! She was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room is basic but not bad. It could be updated, especially the bathroom. There were a couple places you could see that had been painted over many times. The bed was comfortable though and being on the pool side I didn’t hear any traffic. The hallways have a slight smell but nothing overwhelming. The breakfast was terrible! No vegan or no dairy options.

Best value in the area and it includes a great hot breakfast! (Eggs, breakfast meat, cereals & breads, yogurt, fruit & juices & good coffee) Very nice pool and hot tubs too. SO close to Disney and shopping for all your needs (Walmart, Target, outlet malls & good restaurants) Very quiet and comfy mattresses. We will definitely stay here again!

Yellow concoction labeled scrambled eggs, served for breakfast, unlike ANY eggs I've had. Fooch. No flavored creamers or equal for coffee. Bacon served (not everyday v good). Breakfast served till 9am, lights to breakfast area shut off at 9am & food put away, even if you're still eating. Have to get clean towels from front desk. Built back better.

Worst BWP experience by far. Day 1 of our stay: no water for a solid 12 hours. Day 2: no hot water from the time we woke up (8am) until the time of this review 9:52. Both times we are told they are working on it.Furthermore, the breakfast is mediocre. It consisted of eggs, bacon, potatoes, yogurt dispenser, 3 cereals, bread/bagels and a pancake maker. As frequent BWP guests, this stay has been extremely disappointing.

The majority of rooms at this hotel stink. I was assigned 3 different rooms before finding one that did not smell like Mold, Mildew, and Cigarettes. The free breakfast is mediocre at best and the items are not refilled once depleted. There is a homeless encampment 20 feet from the front door. Stay here at your own risk.

Beware of surprise “resort” fees. These were not disclosed until I was checking in. No housekeeping unless you ask for it or ask for more towels, etc. Breakfast hours are not conducive. The staff working the desk are nice, though.

Bed bugs. So many bed bugs. I changed rooms and there were still bed bugs. Even after switching rooms I was still waking up with bites. They actually managed to show up in my suitcase and clothes after flying home. The area is semi convenient for trips to Disney but whatever the building next to it is, looks sketch as all hell. The staff is good and the breakfast was good, but the bed bugs being everywhere killed the vibe completely. If youre gonna take the risk staying here, bc I know the prices are tempting, make sure to check the beds. The elevator was also kinda sketchy but taking the stairs was no biggie for us.Update: hotel refuses to give me any compensation and claims there are no bed bugs even when I have photographic proof.

We stayed here for two nights. We really had a great stay. The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast area was very big, clean and cozy. Breakfast was busy on a Saturday morning but there was plenty of hot food. Sausage links, gravy and biscuits as well as scrambled eggs. Eggs and bacon the next day. Pancake maker and OJ plus much more! The pool was nice although it had a lot of leaves in it and the hot tub was dated but clean! Our room was clean . The walls were paper thin and we had some noisy neighbors but I called the front desk and they immediately took care of it. If you want to go to Disney, you really can’t pick a better location for the price. It took about 12 minutes to get to Disney Springs and about 22 minutes to get home from Disney magic kingdom with the traffic at Disney. It’s as close to “around the corner” that we were looking for.If I had one complaint, it would be that the two double room was a little small with our luggage. we had three suitcases and a toddler, so it was cramped, but you don’t come to Kissimmee to hang out in the hotel room.Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel, and it is worth the risk for the price that you pay .Nearby activities: Disney was close.

There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and over our beds. The room smelled like mildew. The Air Conditioner didn't get very cold, the pool wasn't heated or cleaned. Parking was scarce and only 2 handicapped parking. No air was not in the hallways and the luggage carriers were all broke. We will never stay in this hotel again. It was advertised as having a much better quality.

My family and I stayed in this hotel last week. The only good things I can really say about this place is that the staff where friendly and the pool and hot tub where clean. Our room was infested in bed bugs and we didn’t notice till our 4th night when we noticed bites all over our legs and all up my kids backs. We where laying in bed that night and I pulled the covers up and they where everywhere! Once I noticed they where in my 1 yr old daughters hair I went straight down to front desk. They ended up moving us and upgrading us to a suite. We where lugging all our stuff and 2 sleeping children at midnight to a new room that smelled like mildew.Like I said everything else was great. Breakfast was good, pool was nice, staff where super friendly but the hotel cleanliness needs a lot of work.

I never write bad reviews, but our experience here was horrendous. The service is terrible and hotel is dirty. Honestly, it can arguably be one of the worst hotels I've been to. If I could give zero stars, I would.First of all, the hotel is disgusting. The hallway and first room we were given smelled like mold and sweat. The pool was covered in dead bugs of all sizes. Never seen anything like it in my life. And at night, people will be standing near the front doors smoking weed. The service is awful. Our first night at 4:30 AM, an ear-piercing sound started coming from the smoke system. We immediately called the front desk, and the first thing she told us was not to smoke. Excuse me? We asked if she could stop it, and she said she couldn't change the battery, so we could have a different room for the night. So, we get new keys to a room, and the key won't unlock the door. So, we have to run back and ask for a new key. The baby is crying now. I ask if we can try a different floor since you can still hear it loudly in the hall, but she states they are completely booked. She comes with the master key, and guess what? Someone is inside! So after a half hour, we get another room, and everyone is beyond exhausted. The next morning, she states the room needed maintenance. If you knew that, why offer it to guests? In the morning, the front desk states they aren't offering breakfast because the staff didn't show up to work due to the hurricane. That's fine. As we were checking out, a different front desk was like, "No, we did offer for the past few days from 7 AM to 9 AM. You never asked. " Excuse me?One night at 11 pm, the phone rings and wakes the baby. The reason? Nothing, it was the wrong number by the front desk. They meant to call a different room. Well, the sound woke the baby up crying.Additionally, we requested a crib ahead of our visit. Did they bring one? No. Every night, we asked again, hoping for a different answer, but nothing. The only good thing is the location of the hotel from the parks, but it's not worth it to us. There are plenty of better quality hotels nearby. Cleanliness is very important in a hotel. The hotel and the staff that showed up are awful.

The overall experience during our stay left much to be desired. First of all, one of two elevators were out of service, viable parking was limited and we had an issue with retrieval of an item left in the room. The issue was regarding a digital device left in the room during checkout. We attempted to call on the same day and the following day with no result. Each iteration involved long on-hold wait times and no real person trying to help. On 3 of the 6 times, the front desk personnel, placed me on hold and never returned. Seeking a valid response from Best Western.

My family stayed here for an extended period, over 20 days. For this reason, I read all the reviews in order to be prepared for any challenges we would face. Thankfully I did. When my husband booked the room, the hotel was advertised as pet friendly. I saw on a review that the hotel is listed as such but is in fact not pet friendly. There is an obscene charge per day if you bring and animal and they find out, so beware. We were, of course, unable to bring our pet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did tell us ahead of time about how they operate regarding dirty linens and trash and they did tell us that we needed to go to the desk for any items that we would need and that we would need to notify them if we wanted the took cleaned. I didn't mind this set up, but many people might not like it. One of the two elevators stopped working and it was not fixed for quite a few days. It was a minor inconvenience. There was one instance where the water was shut off just as I was about to shower. I inquired at the desk and was told it required maintenance and would be back on in an hour. It was indeed back on in about an hour and I found it to be a minor inconvenience. Breakfast is between 7-9am. The breakfast is very basic. The food is not great, but it is something. One of the only things my child would eat was the yogurt but the yogurt machine was always having issues. Either it was low and the yogurt would barely come out, or it was empty, or it was jammed. I strongly recommend to the hotel that they get rid of the yogurt machine and just offer yogurt cups in a refrigerator (along with individual wrapped cheese slices so people can make breakfast sandwiches out of the ingredients available). The kitchen staff were mostly very friendly but if you do not speak Spanish you may have trouble if you need them to refill something or if there is an issue with something. One of the kitchen staff just said "sorry no english" and walked away. Sometimes I asked for something but they said it couldnt be refilled, like the milk even though there was still an hour left of the two hour breakfast window. I used the laundry room often during my stay everything worked very well. They had small tables where you could fold your laundry if desired which I appreciated. The 1st floor has air conditioning throughout the common areas of the floor. I stayed on the 4th floor. The hallway was always very hot and therefore a bit stinky in the heat. Thankfully the air conditioning in our room worked wonderfully. We had plenty of outlets. Outlets next to the chair, on the wall next to the bed and outlets by attached to the lights and the alarm clock. Nobody ever came to our room or bothered us, that was very appreciated. However we did have neighbors in the next room over at times and we could hear everything mostly from the shared wall in the entryway. The swimming pool was fine but the playground seen in pictures on google is no longer there. The hotel also is advertised as having a game room/arcade but that room was empty also. So if you have kids and were hoping to utilize the playground or arcade, just forget it. And finally, at checkout we were told we had to pay a "local fee." A charge per day for our 28 day stay. So that added up quite a lot for us and we were not expecting to pay this undisclosed fee at checkout. My husband was told that the person who checked us in was supposed to tell us, but we were never told. I think that this is my biggest complaint along with the false advertising of being a pet friendly hotel. Everything else I mentioned was a minor inconvenience. If you research ahead of time and are relatively easy going, you can avoid becoming frustrated with the hotel. I will also say that overall we felt safe the entire time and that the hotel was decently clean except the lounge by the front desk is heavily stained and they need to hire someone to clean it with an extractor. Best wishes to the staff at Best Western. Overall I would recommend this hotel, but just be aware and be flexible if you are g

I have been to ALOT of hotels around the area this was THE BEST SO FAR! Rooms are clean and comfy! Staff is great and helpful!! We loved check in and check out with Julian! Pool and hot tub is nice! Breakfast was AWESOME! Eggs bacon sausage pancakes potatoes yogurt cereal bread bagel juice!!!!They charge a 5.00 local fee but I’m cool with that!! 75.00 deposit but it was released when I checked out. Area WAs safe! Walmart within walking distance. Parking free easy and safe. Hotel is about 3 miles from entrance of Disney area! The only recommendation I have is maybe they consider upgrading the mattress on pullout couch to memory foam. Ours had springs and you feel it. It’s also a bit noisy . Wasn’t that great for my kids but they slept on it fine.. I’ll DEF stay here again!Rooms: Comfy and spacious and can fit 6 people !! In the room we had!! Super clean and the AC worksNearby activities: Disney is 3 miles awaySafety: I felt safe with my 5 kids and I felt my car was safe as well!Walkability: Walking distance to Walmart :)Food & drinks: They offer an amazing hot buffet breakfast!Noteworthy details: Julian at the front desk was an absolute pleasure to check in and out with!! He made it so easy and was patient with me!

I stayed here late September 2023 for a week. Bed bugs galore. I woke up with the typical row of bites that signify bed bugs, searched the bed and found two! I took pictures, went to the front desk and showed them the pictures and got moved to another room. The other room had bed bugs too! Great right! After my stay, they decided to give me another souvenir, more bed bugs! Yay!! Don't stay here. You think its a great deal because it's cheap and close to Disney, but you'll spend the difference in hotel costs removing the bed bugs from your home. That and between corperate and the manager trying to give you the slip, its not worth it. I have bites all over me. In my hair, on my face, legs, butt, everything. Not worth it.
