No issues with the website, I just wish I was able to exchange for a bigger size since it was my first time buying this style. I will have to donate them, so I am the one wasting money. I took a chance and up my size and reordered another pair. Comfortwiz Owner is very fair and honest! Thank you so very much assisting me with my dilemma. I am grateful and I plan to order more shoes in the near future!

Hisham was very pleasant and knowledable. Once I told him I only buy SAS shoes, he pointed out the few pair that were left in the store. I bought a pair of SAS sandles. I am so sorry you won't be carrying that brand anymore.

I was very lucky meet and be served by the owner, Hashim.Customer service, product knowledge, etc. ALL AMAZING. This will be the only place I purchase shoes from now on.

I've been shopping at Comfortwiz for years. Love the Aetrex shoe inserts for any of your foot problems. The sandals are all cute and comfortable as well. Excellent service by owner!

Weary grandpa here went to Walmart last-minute to pickup NEW cheap shoes for a recent trip to Disney. After the first day of breaking in those Wallyworld shoes, my shins and arches and joints were on FIRE. Could only walk with pain. Skin was rubbed raw. Googled the closest shoe store with the best comfort options near Orlando, saw this place was kind of on the way, so we stopped by, hoping for some relief. Had never heard of the OOfos brand, and the arch seems SO high, but ... we trusted the recommendation of the pros and felt hopeful. Pain in the joins and bones subsided within about 1/2 an hour of walking in the new shoes. Loaded me up with some insoles and sports socks to address something called "PLANTAR FASCIITIS" which I didn't know was a thing. Their nifty scanner machine showed the pressure points on my feet and the arch was super-high. So ... we dropped $250 before we walked out HOWEVER that stop rescued our 5-day vacation in Disney, because not Papa could actually manage all those miles with the energetic grandkids! AND today I am last-minute shopping for my brother for Christmas, and a little birdie (wife) says he has his eye on some new shoes ... well I go to Amazon and search for OOfOOs (misspelled) of course ... and see an awesome pair ready to deliver within 2 days. Then something in my spirit says to check with the Orlando Comfort Wiz, because they had the matching socks. And even if it was possible for a local shop to match Amazon's SPEED of delivery ... had to check. Turns out there was a manageable and SLIGHT freight expedite fee of $30, to get the items by Friday, which is totally fine. Love shopping local and NOT donating money to the beast corporations when possible. Also didn't even mention the atmosphere and helpful education and spirit of the owner and workers. Was such a refreshing relief after being in such pain. Will be ordering again. So glad I didn't go to Kohls or grab up some Sketchers again. Comfort is not just about the thickness of the gel insert, but the overall arch, it turns out, according to science! :)

Horrible Service, owner doesn't care about customers or has any customer service. Bought from this store for years and it has went to pot. Order your shoes online its cheaper. They used to participate in Old Towns coupon book now they don't support it. You lost a customer over 10% as you wouldn't honor to keep a customer and make them happy
