A BJs member for years. Great place to stack up on items.

Price for gas is great. It is understandable the lines are huge, but the pumps are super slow and need replacing

Busy because of the pricing if you got the bjs cards. But really lacks customer service of any sort.

Lowest price in area. It was very crowded, but associates were guiding drivers to the pumps to keep traffic moving.

The employee at bjS gas station does not want to do his job of directing drivers to use the pumps in the middle of the gas station which is pump 5,6,7,8 most of those pumps are empty when it is very busy and cars are lined up outside and entrances are blocked because of careless employees just sitting inside office

I am a member of BJ'S and pay $110.00 per year for my membership. To my knowledge, wholesale prices are supposed to be cheaper than retail stores. With BJ'S, this isn't really true. I find that a lot of the same items are cheaper at Walmart and Aldi's, which are retail stores. Just a couple of examples: gallon of milk at Walmart is $2.96, and at BJ'S, it ranges between $3.12 to $3.59. Bud Light (24 pack) at Walmart is $19.98, and at BJ'S, it's 21.98.These are just a couple of things found. I went to the Guest Service Desk and asked about this and was told, "Because we are a Wholesale Club!". This should mean that the prices should be lower.

BJ'S gas is a lot lower than the chain stations in town. It pays to be a member! The lines are usually long, but I've only waited ten minutes tops to pump my gas. The only problem I had was not getting a receipt at the pump, but you could walk over to the attendant to get one. I just found it inconvenient because I use a walker and I was far away from the attendant. I didn't want to hold up the line of people waiting.

Gas attendees are not available for people who don't know how to operate the pump. The key pads are crushed and not legible. These small issues cause a huge wait and extreme frustration.

Wonderful savings on gas it makes sense in these times. Need to extend the closing time, because the line are long.

Pumps are very slow. they look like it takes forever to fill the tank up. That's the reason why it is always busy to get good prices on gas as well.

I always get gas after work and I always wait 20+ minutes. Around 7pm. I imagine it’s worse at 6pm? I could be the problem in this scenario… I always say I’ll go before work, but I never do and I always regret it afterwards.

Way better lines than Costco or Sams. Great prices for saving money on fuel
