The store needs some help. Showed up before 6:00 sign says they're open till 7:00. Door was unlocked. Went inside hung out for 5 minutes before anybody came out of the back room. Just to tell me they're closed and that's why the sign's off. Tried to explain to people. If they're going to close they should probably hang a sign on the door. Maybe lock a door boost corporate needs to help this one coincidentally, I see this is not the first review with this same concern. Maybe time for some new management.

Showed up at 6:55pm today Tuesday April 23, the two young girls there turned the system off early and lied and said they had no control over that. They must have been sooooo exhausted from standing around doing practically nothing all day while I was laboring all day in the sun since 8 am. They closed early and refused me service eveb though i was there before 7. Must be nice to be able to do that. I know the store wouldn't closing time wouldn't be 7 if the system closed its self out before 7. They need to be written up at the very least for that. Both the boost mobiles in st cloud are closed down so this was the closest one to me. I drive nearly an hour to simply pay a bill which takes 2 minutes cause my service is disconnected so I have no way to go online or call cause the customer service line was down. I see why the stores in st cloud and all over orlando are shutting down cause boost mobile customer service is a joke. Had to go to McDonald's to pay the bill online and now that's not working either the website says it doesn't recognize my number. Changing carriers for sure

Definitely don't come to this store! The boy who serves has very bad aptitude! His behavior towards me even seemed racist to me.

Unprofessional service. Had a long wait time the 4 different times we went in. My son was told his phone was good for an upgrade 3 of the 4 times and he could get an IPhone 11 or 12. In which they never seem to have when we went in (4 times within a month) Once my husband's credit was ran for a "smart pay account" that's when they told us we the phone my son had was not eligible for an upgrade. Why was this not said from the onset? There is a poster on the window that's shows a promotional price for the IPhone 12 but the screen inside shows another price for the same phone with the same promotion. When we asked why the clerk gave me an attitude and told me I couldn't read. Not very professional nor is it a good way to sell your business. It just got worse from there. We took my son and his account to Metro and for pay $30 less a month for a line than Boost (with unlimited & amazon prime which he didn't have before) and $400 less he got his new iphone15 for Christmas. Not to mention a case, screen protector, plug, and portable speaker were in the deal for free. Funny when we called 611 all of a sudden we became loyal customers and they wanted to give us half off and a month free when asking for transfer pin to transfer to a new carrier. Maybe this should have been from the onset and you wouldn't have lost a 3 year customer.

I give it one star because I can't give it less... this store is horrible. The customer service is horrible... I went yesterday April 4, 2023 in the afternoon with my iPhone just to activate it and not even that the customer service girl knows how to do... she told me you have to contact Apple because I don't know anymore. I know how to do that...I contacted Apple and told them that that girl sent me to them...and they told me how come she doesn't know that the phone is activated with them and not us...how can you work in a place if You have no knowledge of what you are doing...he keeps talking on the phone and he spoke to me horribly...on tiktok h the video...this store is terrible...

I want to Give Minus Stars! I went into this store to purchase a new phone Nov. 17th 2022 because I lost mine. I was going to switch companies because I didn't want the Moto G and the Samsung I couldn't get at the time. the retail guy informed me that I would have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to get the passcodes to go to another company so I decided to stay with Boost because I work overnights and am homeless and hadn't been to sleep yet. I was offered a Moto G and Samsung for my upgrade but was pushed into buying the Moto G. The guy kept saying " No get the Moto G Its a good phone" repetitively. So I buy the phone. He stayed on the phone with customer service for 2 hours switching sim cards and trying to activate the phone, while I sat there with No Knowledge about what was happening or going on. I got tired and took the phone and left. during the next 4 weeks I had been on the phone with CS, taken the phone to the store and dropped it off, switched sim cards multiple times and at the end of December Boost CS says that the phone is locked. This Store sold me a locked phone, says they don't unlock phones and their phone policy is 7days to switch phones or get refunded. They told me NONE of this while I was waiting on them to fix the problem and turning the problem as its all my fault and all I did was buy the phone from them. Thier customer service is horrible and they have NO knowledge about boost or phones in general. I tried to report them to the BBB but they aren't even trusted with them. Steer away and choose someone else!

I went there and they told me my phone needs an upgraded sim card without even checking. They installed my sim card and my 1 year old phone stopped working. Later they told me it wasn't eligible for an upgrade and no longer works. I would need to buy a new phone. I need a new phone because they broke mine. Avoid this place at all cost. Boost will give you the run around with customer service if you can get a hold of a real person online. I've been with boost since 2015, and because of this store, I'm never working with them again.
