Went here to purchase a hat the employee had no knowledge about hats said the steam machine was out of water that i could buy and come back another day to shape my hat with the high price on the hats I expected they have someone who knows what they are doing but that was not my experience

Very bad customer service. Nobody greeted or said hello when I walk through the door nobody even asked me if I needed help they were not even busy they were just talking amongst themselves hanging clothes I even gave him eye contact as I was walking through the aisle
