Worst customer service experience ever, even though I shared that I made reservation 1 days before, the customer representative at Orlando Stanford airport of budget said that from there end she could see that the reservation was altered or updated on Nov 2nd, so there is no car available as it is first come first serve, me and family had to go through tension that the car is no longer available just because we alternate and updated the timings of the checkin from 12 pm to 11 pm for Nov 2nd, it was already past mid night and the old lady at customer service was ruthlessly and denied to give me a rental car mini van saying she needs to attend other customers in line . Shame on her for not valuing the customer and not believing the customer even after showing email proof that we made the reservation on Nov 1st .

I just had to leave a review because I rent vehicles often in my work travels and have had some good experiences and some not so good experiences. Of course people are much quicker to complain when they feel they have been a victim of bad service, but it is not as often that great service is recognized. I wanted to say that of all of the experiences that I've had with rental car companies, that my experience with Fatima at the Budget Rental in this location was by far the very best. Not only were my expectations met, but Fatima went above and beyond explaining details that saved me time and money. She has a commitment to the customer that build loyalty. She simplified my reservation processing that set me at ease and really is a customer consultant. The vehicles were exceptional and very well kept. I absolutely appreciate the experience and will go out of my way to being my business to this location whenever possible. In fact the entire staff that I had interaction with at this location was pleasant and functioned as a well oiled machine. I appreciate that instead of being another tedious item on my schedule, that I actually walked out smiling and in a better mood. I regularly comment that "customer service" is dead, but with an experience like this now and then my faith may be restored. Thank you

Staff at pick up were very good, car was good except for the disgusting smell of cigarettes in car that had us with window down in Florida heat. Not enjoyable

Been in this location 4x and both front attendant is very arrogant and disrespectful. Check first before you book any car in this location.

The gentleman that assisted me at the counter was great. The car....not so much. It had not been cleaned inside nor outside. Smelled dirty and wasn't vacuumed. Sticky with food and drinks from the previous person. I was on my way to the hospital to see my son, so l let it go without going back inside to report it.l rented in June as well and the car hadn't been cleaned inside, but was clean outside. That's two for twoI normally use a different company. Do l want to try for three???

I came to rent a seven passenger vehicle to get home to VA and lady at the desk stated I needed a credit card. But after telling her about the policies I read and customer service I talked to they still made me wait to get a credit card.

Worst service ever! I had a reservation for 13:00 pm and the lady working there told me they close at 13:00 and in a bad mood told me that my car wasn’t going to be clean, that it was my fault because I had to be there at 12:00 (my reservation was at 13.00) and was always watching the clock. Then we had an issue and she didn’t take the time to help us and told us to go to another budget or get a refound. I call to budget airport and it was a completely different experience.

The car we received was absolutely disgusting inside. It appeared someone sneezed all over the steering wheel, dash and windows. There was also fast food scraps across the floor and in all door pockets. The cup holders were caked solid in sticky syrup likely from spilled soda all over the center console. The backseat was just as disgusting with something orange and crusty all over the seat, seatbelt and door. This was all photographed and brought to the clerks attention before leaving the lot. She was very argumentative over the condition of the vehicle and finally agreed to have it “wiped down” which was ultimately a weak attempt to remedy the issue. The gentleman tasked with wiping it used a dirty rag to wipe down the steering wheel and claimed it was good now. I brought the disgusting areas of concern to his attention two more times and got no response or further effort to clean them. This led me to have to buy cleaning supplies to clean the vehicle myself before using the vehicle. This delay kept my family from enjoying hours of our vacation. I will likely never recommend Budget after the terrible service.

This place rocks. If you fly into Orlando rent from this location. They are fast, friendly and the lines at most are about 20 minutes! Lisa is amazing, she is so friendly and accommodating, she wants you to be happy and will do anything to make that happen!

Got my rental over 2 hours late from pick up time while the location had bigger cars simply refused or even bothered to ask if I wanted to upgrade.

Overcharged on credit card during the return process and consultant couldn’t work out how to correct it now I have to deal with it via the credit card company with the budget contract figures as an unauthorised transaction

The rental location gave us a car that wasn’t charged. Told us we’ve been charged twice and now I have to deal with this after your company ruined the last day of our honeymoon. The lady told us the electric car would make it to our destinations and not to worry (we told her where we were going). We spent 5 hours of our only day with the car hooked to a charger station. It’s absurd that the agent would give us a dead car. Then I had to get a roaming package for my cell phone to download the app to charge the car. I tried calling customer service SEVERAL times and got kicked back to the same recording. Even called the hotel where the rental station was. Nothing. No call back. I want my money back. I can’t wait to review this location on every platform I can. This is the WORST car rental experience. No respect.
