Disorganized store, horrible customer service, the worst Burlington in Florida. a young woman who always wears different wigs I asked the bathroom and it took more than five minutes to open it and she never opened it when I looked for her I told her to forget it without knowing if I was a special person with needs and needed the bathroom and she never opened it and when I told him he didn't even care.

As of today, Burlington will no longer be my choice of a store. Some of the Christmas items came out up to 75% off and some don’t. I asked the manager Caroline nicely to use the clearance scanner to check the price, with a smirk on her face she said “this is not the time and the place to do that” They were not even busy at that time.
I ended up leaving everything. I won’t be returning.

I'm surprised that it did not have a greater variety of items, especially sport wear for women.

It used to be OK to use the restroom, but I haven't been there shopping for a long time. Now the restroom is locked... You can't even enter the restroom freely.

I love this shop, I usually find good brands for low prices, you can find strange things you neverexpect to be from your favorite brands such as the attached picture.

For the merchandise, everything is good but the same as in other stores, huge lines because they don't give the employees time, what a horror!

Yay for this store...I bought a formal to wear that is SO FLATTERING!!!THATS VERY HARD SINCE I am 70 and my figure is so not perfect...
My husband found 2 pairs of Sketchers...oh I also found 2 collared white shirts- wow!!!

I love Burlington, but this one never has the fitting room open. Today I ask one of the employees to see if someone can open the fitting room and when she called the manager, the manager said to me that she's not going to open it because they were waiting for somebody else to get there cause she is the one that's supposed to be working in that area of the store and walked away.
In my head, I was like... Are you telling me that you're the manager and that you can't do it? How am I supposed to buy clothes if I can't try them?
