I came to this location and Dory met me at the door! I explained my situation to her and she told me to get my paperwork and come back. It took me a week but she remembered me and greeted me with enthusiasm. After checking my paperwork she took it to a different person. Another person, Will, came out and introduced himself. To be honest, I thought he was going to give some nice reason why I couldn’t be helped since my repair had been a while ago in Orlando. Not by choice. He walks me to my car and looks at the part that was coming loose. We walk back to the lobby and he says it would be taken care of and to give them a bit of time. Ok. He says to enjoy some coffee or water. I proceed to talk with Dory telling her how my car was hit and the Caliber 1 mile from my house said it had to go to an Orlando location!! WHAT? Needless to say I was not happy! So with not much hope I tried this location on Osceola Parkway because I didn’t want to go to Orlando. I am overwhelmed at how kind and everyone here is. It almost makes me cry because this problem could have been resolved a long time ago. Now my SUV will be perfect once again! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dory & Will! I will tell everyone about you both

I brought my car to this shop because it was recommended by my insurance. After they repaired a dent in the front passenger door, I had to return a few days later because the door wouldn’t open from the inside. Not a major issue, but frustrating nonetheless. Fast forward nearly a year—I got a flat tire and discovered I couldn’t replace it because the lug nut key was missing. Turns out, this shop had used it to replace a rim and never returned it. They’re the only ones who ever touched it, so I know it happened here. Their oversight ended up costing me $200, two AAA visits, and hours of my time to fix at the dealership.

A week ago, I found myself in what I call the “Unplanned Auto Adventure Strip Mall.” I was getting my windshield replaced at Safelite (next door), and when I came back to my car… surprise! My battery had decided to quit life altogether. Zero percent. Not low. Not dying. Dead dead.
First win: the awesome guys at Safelite tried to jump it. Nada.
Second win: AutoZone was next door! A kind gentleman tested my battery and confirmed its death certificate. They even had the exact battery I needed (thank you, car parts angels!).
But then came the Mercedes curveball: my battery lives under the passenger seat like it’s hiding from taxes, and AutoZone didn’t have the tools to install it.
Desperate, I walked into Caliber Collision, and let me tell you—the woman at the front desk is what Southern hospitality is made of. I explained my battery-under-the-seat-dilemma, and she didn’t blink. She called the manager, and in no time, their team came out, brought tools, took out the seat, replaced my battery, and got me back on the road—no questions asked, no eye rolls, just kindness.
They didn’t make a dime from me that day. They just helped—because they’re good people who care. And I later learned they’re active in the community too, doing food drives and helping local shelters. So yeah, if you’re looking for a shop that does great work and has great people? Go here.
