Thank you to my salesman - Shane D. I told him about a travel trailer i stood in with my husband & he gave me lots of options that were exactly what i was looking for, i got an email less than 10 minutes with all the options we looked over - great experience!

Do not ever buy an RV from these clowns!! I purchased a Keystone Cougar 2 years ago and have had ongoing issues from the beginning. My refrigerator froze up on the inside from day one.. they came out twice charged me $500 and still never fixed it. I got frustrated so I purchased new one, paid someone $500 to take to Camping World Kissimmee paid them $700 to put new one in and also asked for them to seal the roof and the front. I get the camper back and the idiots put the doors of refrigerator on the wrong side so I have to go around the Island to open. I paid another person $200 to put the doors on the right side. Then, i noticed a mold smell in my bedroom so I knew something was leaking. Today, we found the leak ...these morans NEVER sealed anything. Pretty much everyone who works there don't know if they are winding their watch or scratching their butt.. Complete incompetence... they do not deserve to have a business. I will make it my life's mission to tell everyone who comes to the park how pathetic these idiots are!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went yesterday with my fiancé and another couple, drove in walked out to look at the new rv’s, a gentleman that was talking to another couple came up and said if you want to see any of our models you must go inside first, we don’t leave anything unlocked in this neighborhood, and we do not want to come out and unlock in the morning and have to lock up in the evening. so we went in side looked around looked at the small models inside, sat down at the table waited at least an hour. Employees walking all around, had plates of food ,talking with each other, did anyone ever come over to us ? No, well I take that back one guy said are you waiting to talk to me and we said yes, that would be fine, then one lady ran from a desk and said no not those people the lady over there, and away he went. Did the employee that directed him to someone else come up to us and ask if we need help, no. So off we went. No thanks camping world, and also the big flag was not flying, I guess they were to lazy to fly it.

POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.I KEPT A LOW VOLUME, DID NOT CURSE, YET GOT "NAME CALLED" BY MANAGEMENT FOR INSISTING I RECEIVE A RECEIPT.........This location probably has new hires give 5 star google reviews in orientation, because their customer service was GARBAGE."Leadership" (if you wanna call it that) at this facility should be ashamed... BOTH MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER CALLED CUSTOMER "RUDE" for insisting a receipt be rendered .Spent over 30 minutes on the phone with 3 different people trying to GET A RECIEPT. Only for the Manager "Laura" to get on the line with a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE, and wouldn't you know it... reccommend I call some 4TH CAMPING WORLD REP."Laura" had zero empathy for her customers difficulty getting a simple receipt, JUST KEPT PASSING BLAME UP THE LADDER. At least the assistant manager "Sam" had a sliver of empathy for her customer, and the "red tape" obstructing a customers simple request for a reciept.However I doubt "red tape" is the issue after speaking with Laura. Seems like laziness, poor training, or maybe a nepotism hire at manager, were more likely the culprits.The customer is the hand that feeds the company, and the managers here bite it, especially Laura.

The most detrimental action Camping World could have ever done, is to back National General RV insurance. National General is by far the most dishonest, deceitful company I've dealt with in my 67 years on earth. Camping World, do yourselves and RV owners a big service by distancing yourselves from them. RV owners, read the thousands of bad reviews concerning National General RV insurance before even thinking of dealing with them.

I've never been to a business like CW. When I told my family I was going they recommended staying home and saving cash. I went looking for answers and all I got was tired and sore feet. I walked around the Trailers for thirty minutes and the inside Showroom for another 30 minutes. I then counted the employees sitting and playing Solitaire on computer. Or watching unmentionable programs. Know one approached me . Only 1 spoke to me. He was on the run to rest room ? So I drove an hour for no reason. Guess I better listen next time family speaks. Twice I've been there twice I've gone home with all my cash. Really was Labor Day. Could have closed. No Laborers on Labor Day

Frank was amazing and showed us so many options. We came for information. Not looking to purchase just yet and Frank fully understood that. He didn’t push any kind of sale and he was super open about it all. We are new to the RV world and he gave us a lot of knowledge for first time buyers. Would definitely recommend Frank as a sales person for anyone who’s an experienced buyer or just a first time buyer into the RV world. Thank you Frank!!

Incredible experience. I had a nightmare of a situation with damaged parts from the manufacturer for TWO long months waiting on installation but Jim, Ish, & Mike worked with me through it all. Ordered parts, constantly shifted me through the schedule, prioritized my concerns, on and on. Jim went above and beyond, it really made all of the difference.Even the customer service ladies on the phones were consistently perfect, and I had two long months of putting them to the test :) 100% across the board, thank you all ?

This was my 1st time going to an RV dealership and And although I told Roberto I was not ready to make a purchase today, he kept the same positive energy. Customer service is HUGE in my book and because of that, I made him a promise before I commit to purchase a motor home i will give him the choice to match. I doubt he will be able to match it as there are many amazing g deals on motor home but he is driven enough to surprise me. I will be paying cash, so every dollar counts. But as for visible service, he is top notch and I don't think anyone can beat him ?? ?

I had a wonderful experience with my nearly virtual purchase with Barbara’s assistance. I felt like she was my personal shopper/family member checking over an RV for me as I live far. Barbara’s care was genuine as she even came in on her day off to meet me in person.I truly want to thank Camping World of Kissimmee for treating me like family. They were all kind, courteous, and professional. Thank you, Barbara, Izzy, Richard, and George.

Don't ever trust them they lie in the salesProcess DO NOT Believe a word they say. They charged me 20k above price of my rv And completely lied about the extras like to get now that I need the extras. They do not respond. After paying for them.They're now saying that it is not included after the finance guy specifically said they areAnd I already reached out to that email below, they are full of lies. That email did not help me at all. In fact they stopped responding.

Absolutely horrible experience here. I had my 2023 Thor RV for sale on FB Marketplace. A salesman from here, Mike, reached out with an offer to purchase it. We agreed on a price, I drove it all the way to their dealership in Kissimmee and signed all the paperwork after they inspected it. I signed over my title and I was told Id get a check in the mail from 'corporate' within 2-3 days. A week later, I called and was told corporate decided not to buy it. I had already canceled my insurance, removed it from multiple platforms that I had it listed for sale. Also, the main TV in coach was being replaced at the time and Mike told me to just stop having that work done because they wanted it on their lot to sell. They said they would install the tv. I left the new tv in the box inside after that. Well, after all this, they refused to install the TV saying they "only do work on it if they buy it".They are so shady. Be sure to read ALL THE FINEPRINT or they will take advantage of you there. If they will do this to me imagine what they do everyday to other buyers there. I plan to avoid this place like the plague from now on.

During a recent visit (June 2023) to the Kissimmee Camping World location, I was left with an overall positive impression. The facility itself was clean and well stocked with parts and accessories. The staff was approachable and friendly. Due, I suspect to the size of the lot, inventory was somewhat limited. Having said that, the available selection was quite impressive with a variety of different classes and models. Parking is a bit restrictive and access to the facility is not user friendly as traffic near the entrance is significant. My sales representative "Jayson" was a pleasure to interact with. Jayson is definitely not high pressure and seems to take a genuion interest in one's goals and plans. I never felt rushed and was provided cold bottled water on a typical hot summer day in Central Florida. Jayson provided me with his business card including his personal cell phone number. At one point I actually did give Jayson a call, and true to his word, I think he answered on the second ring! Overall, this was a very good experience and should you ever find yourself going there, be sure to ask for Jayson. Oh, and be careful of the traffic!
